17/10/2024: Beautiful food and presentations. Slightly higher prices for the area but it's a terrific bargain compared to highly rated, elegant restaurants in the U.S. so well worth it. Our waiter took care of the whole place by himself, he was terrific. Beyond our hopes, so good!

20/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato in questo locale con amici e con molta probabilità non torneremo più. Prezzo secondo me altino: 2 pizze bufala, 2 birre da 0.4, una coca e due patatine 47€. Pizze salatissime non solo nel conto ma anche nel sapore (la mia fidanzata l’ha lasciata tutta). Servizio al tavolo con una delle cameriere che sembrava farti un favore, arrabbiatissima. Mi dispiace tanto aver avuto questa esperienza molto negativa perchè in molti ne parlano benissimo.

17/08/2024: Panini elaborati e con ottimi ingredienti ricercati. Location molto curata immersa in una via suggestiva piena di locali. Personale gentile e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Vi consiglio le patatine “cacio e pepe” sono veramente una delizia per il palato. Bravi!

08/12/2024: Warm, welcoming environment... it feels like being in the tavern at home. Very kind, prepared and fast staff. Excellent wine. The four stars for the food are only due to a defect found in one of the dishes. While the appetizers and the first course were extremely delicious, the second course of meat (we opted for the deer) did not totally justify the price or even the expectations. We were probably unlucky because in the small slice of meat (no fillet) that we were served there was a lot of waste. In any case, a really nice find. We'll be back... Maybe trying more "local" courses.

03/12/2024: Good, hospitality, competence, imagination, tradition and above all excellent knowledge of the ingredients and their combinations with the result of consuming delicious, appetizing and very tasty dishes. These two ladies are very good and it is not the first time that they have delighted us with their culinary preparations. The quality/price ratio is also good. I attach some photos.

19/08/2024: Unexpected hidden gem ! On a quiet Sunday evening this place was busy, and with good reason. Firstly it’s located on a pretty atmospheric square in the old town. Secondly, the menu is unexpected- modern tapas style Italian food. And all very reasonably priced. Perfect spot to enjoy an aperol spritz with a light snack, or a full meal. Service was super friendly. So many great options to choose from - all the dishes looked delicious & picture perfect. We now need to come back to Civitavecchia to try the rest of the menu! Fantastic wine list too full of local Italian vino, all so reasonably priced too. Highly recommended!

30/11/2024: Local in the central area of ​​Civitavecchia near the port. Friendly staff, fairly good food but not generous portions. I understand the plating... but in addition to the form you need substance.... Price too high for what I ate. 50 euros for starter and main course is too much.

04/12/2024: I ate excellent ice cream here, very creamy and gluten-free, of which they offer 5 flavors in the winter. One taste better than the other... I was also positively surprised by the price. For a superior quality ice cream I would have expected a stellar price and instead I would say an excellent quality/price ratio. Highly recommended!

05/11/2024: This pizzeria is particular: it belongs to a category known in Civitavecchia as "ghetto style" (name derived from the first pizzeria of its kind, which is located in the Civitavecchia ghetto and bears its name) due to the way of making and serving pizza : little selection (in fact there isn't even a menu), by weight, and served on paper without plates or cutlery, therefore strictly with your hands. For the occasion you will be provided with numerous napkins. If this isn't a problem for you, you will find yourself in a nice, welcoming and quite classic place, but it would be ideal to book in advance and specify whether inside or outside, otherwise you risk that the only table available is one so narrow that you won't be able to sit at one. in front of each other. As for the pizza, as mentioned you will have little choice available, and you order by weight. However, that little selection is put to good use. As they say, quality over quantity. Although due to personal preference I prefer other types of pizza, Paolillo is still something not to be ignored, especially the slightly acidic taste of the mozzarella he uses for the margherita, very pleasant and appetizing. Tomato is used in large quantities in red pizza, and the dough is a little thick. The only criticism I feel like making is the almost always burnt and narrow edges. So, if you like them, unfortunately it is very likely that you will have to discard them. A fundamental warning: freshly made pizza, especially if with tomato or Nutella, is HOT and you risk causing second degree burns on the palate. No, I'm not exaggerating. So be patient and wait for it to cool down a bit or, if you are really impatient, blow and/or use a mini-fan if you have one. Basically this pizzeria is a bit of an acquired taste. Not my favorite even though I'm quite happy to go back, but it could be yours. The only way to find out is to try at least once.

10/07/2024: Eccellente! Unica pizza che per davvero ha una levitazione di 72 ore! Ho girato tutte le pizzerie di Civitavecchia ma mai ho mangiato un pizza così leggera buonissima come da Mauro !!! raccomando a tutti particolarmente a quelli che hanno reflusso gastrico!! la pizza che vende Mauro è ideale si può mangiare tranquillamente senza avere ulteriori problemi di digestione!! complimenti a tutti un staff davvero gentilissimi!!!!!

07/12/2024: This is a wonderful place for breakfast. They have amazing croissants and pains de chocolat and their coffee is great. The owners are friendly and can serve you entirely in English without problem. The regular customers/locals coming in and out add to the atmosphere and they were all excited to speak and play with our small toddler. Highly recommended for breakfast! Prices are also great, we had a very fulfilling breakfast for 2 persons for total 10 euros.

09/12/2024: Primero que el menú ofrece muy poco para un vegetariano, me paré allí porque estaba buscando otro sitio que al final estaba cerrado . Me pedí una pasta cacio/pepe y parecía que estaba precocidad un sabor muy raro y luego me clavaron una cerveza de 7€ como si estuviera en pleno centro de Roma y luego pagué un servicio de 2,50€ ! Vamos salí pagando 25€ por no haber comido nada bueno y tampoco bebido mucho !! Y luego cuando estaba acabando la cerveza la dueña rubio platino me invitó a irme porque como no había gente iban a cerrar ! Vamos Nunca jamás !!

07/12/2024: I made a reservation for 2 people for lunch when the restaurant was still open. I arrive there for the requested time, and they told me that they canceled my reservation! I repeat, the restaurant was still open, even though they had no customers! It doesn't seem normal to me. I'm leaving the rating because I'm disappointed in them, and it's true what I say! How can you tell me that I have never been to your restaurant?!
