19/08/2025: Returning from a motorcycle trip in Spain, my wife and I landed in Civitavecchia with a craving for PASTA. Without much searching, we found STRADA and gave it a try. The staff were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Excellent service and excellent food! The Focaccia and Carbonara were excellent, as per tradition (exceptional). The preparation is meticulous and the products are of the highest quality. Highly recommended. Thank you so much.

23/07/2025: We ate divinely. Raw fish and appetizers accompanied by top-notch sauces. Excellent quality with a star-worthy preparation and presentation. The tuna tartare with coffee mayonnaise was excellent! Special pairings. Well done!

09/05/2025: One of the most pleasant places when I return to my city. A sitting room that seems to get lost in the gaze, tastefully furnished, a three-dimensional collage of bygone eras. The owner often organizes activities, exhibitions or musical jam sessions. Inside the venue there are musical instruments and board games, perfect for enjoying a good drink during an aperitif, perhaps in the company of a game or someone playing happily. A place with many souls and a lot of personality.

21/08/2025: Civitavecchia ghetto-style pizza. Easier to digest and, above all, thinner dough. Fast and friendly service. Variety of pizzas, including very good eggplant. Spicy and tasty marinara. Very crispy and easy to digest pizza dough. A great discovery.

11/08/2025: I've worked in the restaurant industry for many years, so I can describe my experience at this place with calm, objective clarity. The pizza dough tastes like chewing gum, hard to digest. Table service is incredibly slow, with a wait of sixty to ninety minutes. The staff mixes up orders, and the food they order doesn't always match the food they get. To pay, I went to the cashier and handed my order to a lady with glasses. She gave me change but didn't issue a receipt. Specifically, other customers were also denied receipts.

11/08/2025: A lot has changed. For over 50 years, it was my go-to pizzeria. Now, the pizza has changed, and it takes forever to get it at the table. I'll definitely give it another chance, but only once, and then I'll put a big black mark on it.

18/07/2025: Trattoria dal carattere tipicamente familiare, cucina squisita, cortesia e simpatia: siamo stati davvero bene. Le alici marinate erano deliziose, così come gli involtini di zucchine e gamberi in pastella. Ottima anche la frittura. Non abbiamo preso primi piatti. Moderato Il conto. Consigliatissimo.

10/07/2025: Buon ristorante di pesce con buona qualità dei prodotti e gentilezza dello staff. Grande selezione di antipasti con un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, mentre i primi ed i secondi vanno parecchio su di prezzo, anche se di buona fattura. L'ideale, che poi è quello che fanno tutti, è prendersi 4/5 antipasti (sono porzioni abbondanti ) da condividere e magari dividersi un primo o un secondo. Cmq vale la pena.
