22/06/2026: We were there yesterday, June 21, with a friend, and stopped after a motorcycle ride along the roads that border the lake. The place is very nice and well-kept, overlooking the lake with an incredible view. Unfortunately, before entering, we saw a sign saying "No dogs allowed." Since we are dog owners, we wondered why, and the owner very politely explained his point to us before we left. Essentially, he claims that some customers showed up with their dogs and let them do their business inside the restaurant without picking them up. I don't doubt what happened, but I'm perplexed by the fact that when I asked why he didn't reprimand these rude owners, he made it clear that it would be rude and unfair to him to act toward these "distracted customers." Well, personally, I would have reprimanded them in front of everyone and perhaps asked them to leave the restaurant instead of banning pets with well-behaved owners. But everyone is free to do what they want. As for the food, we ordered the following dishes at the prices listed on the menu: Appetizer €12 Pasta with mushrooms and truffles €14 Pasta with mushrooms €12 Wine (half-liter of house wine) €5 2 Tiramisu €10 2 bottles of water €4 2 coffees, one with Sambuca sauce, I don't remember the price, but About €3 for both of us. Updated total: €60 Everything was very good, although the appetizer was perhaps a little on the cheap, but it was definitely tasty, as was the very tasty fettuccine. Unfortunately, the service was slow, and even though we arrived before other customers, our first courses arrived after a wait of over thirty minutes after we had eaten our appetizers. When it came time to get the bill, the owner brought us a piece of paper with the price of €72, which, after discounting it, turned out to be €70. We paid without carefully checking the prices, partly because we were planning on asking why we couldn't bring our dogs and family, given that we had eaten well despite the considerable wait for our first courses. Only later, thinking back on the food and the price, and doing some calculations, did we realize we had paid more than the actual price. It was a shame, because, leaving from Rome, we had chosen that restaurant as the final stop on a truly exciting itinerary.

23/07/2026: It's a shame you can't give a 0, the food was poor and we even waited a long time, the service was disappointing.

14/07/2026: I've been going to this place for many years and it's consistently top-notch. Special mention goes to the excellent pizza and the delicious gnocchi with wild boar ragù. Fair prices and friendly staff.
