14/12/2024: This place is always a guarantee, every time I know I'm making the right choice!
I tried this place for the first time before Christmas for a dinner with colleagues and I found it truly extraordinary. Delicious food, all local and fresh products, generous and well-seasoned portions, excellent cleanliness of the place. Both the welcome and the service from the owner Riccardo were excellent! Not to mention the prices, more than good! Good value for money! Pay attention to the anti-Covid19 regulations. This evening I returned for dinner with my partner and I confirm that it wasn't just a first impression, I confirm everything! I recommend their hostaria starter, the first courses I must say all have fresh pasta, tender meat and the truly delicious tiramisu!
I returned after some time and I am happy to confirm my previous review.

15/08/2024: Immersed in nature near a transparent bathing river, there is this trattoria where local delicacies are cooked, all homemade pasta, porcini and bacon ragu, pappardelle with wild boar, lamb, loins and local vegetables, exquisite desserts, tarts with jam homemade local berries, homemade liqueurs, I mention the excellent fennel. There are no times, just book a few days in advance and show up after half past midday. The portions are generous and the prices adequate for the quality. Attentive and kind waiters. Very nice owner. I highly recommend visiting the place, to spend a pleasant day full of nature and good food. This place is truly a rare flower. Don't miss it! We will return. Monica

26/10/2024: Small, excellently managed by a wonderful hospitable, communicative and brilliant young lady. You can eat beautifully with an excellent quality/price ratio. Large portions but very tasty. Very good polenta. Worth coming back when you pass through these parts.

17/11/2024: The atmosphere is very nice, the service is good and friendly, the polenta with ribs is quite good, fettuccine with veal ragù good but nothing special on the paper you can read a historical recipe but honestly nothing special, ditto for the pan-fried rabbit apart from that it was more bones than meat but at that price 5 counted pieces and it tasted too much of vinegar which covered the flavor of the little rabbit that was there, honestly even the prices were a little expensive for quality and quantity I can say that you can eat much better elsewhere there to the highlands

30/06/2024: In occasione di un Battesimo siamo stati invitati a Ostello Colle Mordani. Abbiamo passato una giornata davvero bella all'insegna del buon cibo. I ragazzi hanno avuto una particolare attenzione per me che sono celiaca portandomi gli stessi piatti del menù ma in versione gluten free. Ottima selezione e di vini. Tutto immerso in una splendida location dove il contrasto tre il verde della montagna e la pietra della struttura creano una atmosfera rustica ma al contempo raffinata. Il bellissimo e curato spazio intorno ha permesso ai bambini di giocare e correre mentre i genitori erano rilassati ai tavoli godendosi la giornata. È possibile vivere questo posto anche per una semplice gita fuori porta perché offre tante attività e possibilità di pernottamento. Ripeto, perché punto importante per me, avvisando in tempo si possono avere opzioni senza glutine

11/08/2024: Trovato per caso si è rivelato una piacevole scoperta. Abbiamo preso un antipasto, una cicoria, una grigliate, un arrosticino e il bere e il prezzo è stato più che ragionevole. La location è spartana ma il cibo è buono.
