Ristorante Memmo In Trevi nel lazio

...it's not the first time we've come to this place since Valentina manages it, it's a point of reference for us who are passing through...yesterday Sunday at 2.50pm she welcomed us as if it were 1pm she made us sit near the fireplace and pampered us with its genuine but refined cuisine, always attentive to raw materials. The portions are generous (see attached photos) excellent value for money. The place is nice and really welcoming... at the moment the outside is under renovation and the place seems closed... but don't hesitate and come in and you will be pleasantly surprised. Thanks Valentina we will be back soon.

Simply a cuddle. Eating in a place where you are spoiled in terms of service and palate is one of the joys of life. The owner is a wonderful person. I always find new dishes, designed and cooked with love. Relaxing atmosphere and music, the fireplace is always lit. Very fair quality/price ratio. Thanks for the wonderful experiences

Really everything was excellent except for a few people at the table next to me who threw oil on the table and dried everything with the menu. Truly shameful where is the respect for the work of others I see that the gentleman also gave a review Fabrizio Fiorini I was present at the next table and I confirm as said by the owner.....I amend the review by saying that she didn't tell me anything, I said what I saw with my own eyes, he was certainly a restaurateur ready to put it in a bad light but angels like me exist, good continuation

🌟 Exceptional gastronomic experience at "La Dispensa di Memmo"! 🌟 I had the pleasure of enjoying a true symphony of flavors at this lovely restaurant. The quality of the raw materials is unquestionably superb, highlighting the commitment to selecting the ingredients. The staff was not only professional but also incredibly kind, making the experience even more enjoyable. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, but I have to make a special mention of the creamed cod, the sagne alla amatriciana, the chestnut gnocchi, the chestnut mousse and the sour cherry tart. Each course delighted the palate with authentic flavors and impeccable presentations. I highly recommend "La Dispensa di Memmo" to all lovers of good Italian cuisine. Valentina will be able to advise you best. A 10+ deserved without a doubt!

In questo ristorante siamo stati portati da un'amica che ce lo consigliava da molto tempo ed aveva pienamente ragione. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene, porzioni abbondanti e di qualità. i carciofi alla giudia con fonduta, la polenta con baccalà mantecato erano strepitosi. Le fettuccine con i funghi erano inequivocabilmente fatte a mano e gustosissime. Non elenco tutto quello che abbiamo mangiato, eravamo in 6 e tutti hanno gradito le loro scelte. Io e mio marito abbiamo anche preso lo stinco di maiale cotto a bassa temperatura e sottovuoto da portare a casa, il giorno dopo lo abbiamo rigenerato seguendo le indicazione di Valentina ed era favoloso. Menzione a parte a parte proprio per Valentina che è stato gentile, accogliente, calorosa. P.S. Mi sono accorta ora che il profilo è quello di mio marito :D :D :D Simona ;)

Non capisco come si possa dare uno a questo ristorante. Io è la terza volta che vado, e ora che ho acquistato una casa in loco, diventerò cliente abituale. Il locale è accogliente ben riscaldato ‘bagni puliti’ Parliamo del cibo: porzioni consistenti prodotti di qualità superiore, attenzione al cliente. Carne molto buona e polenta che merita. Valentina...continua così!

Una cucina finalmente nuova e diversa ad altipiani di Arcinazzo!!! Una cucina tradizionale con piccole note innovative. Venite se volete mangiare ottimi antipasti e superlativi primi ( fettuccine ai funghi porcini e i gnocchi di castagna super!) . Andate senza ildugio e chiedete di Valentina!! Dimenticavo salsicce buonissime!
