Dall'antipasto, al primo, per arrivare ad un fa...vo...lo...so tiramisù tutto ottimo.
Il mio motto è: Provare per credere ... perché quello che piace a me può non piacere a te.

The outdoor area was welcoming, the staff was friendly, but the overall quality wasn't enough to give a positive review of the place: I ordered three portions of bruschetta, which were very salty! I ordered a pizza, which, in my opinion, had insufficiently risen dough! Finally, I went to the cashier to pay the bill, where I was given a non-fiscal receipt, so I had to ask for a fiscal one. Then, on the receipt, I found a €2 cover charge, even though here in Lazio, regional law no. 21/2006 expressly prohibits this charge. Therefore, I won't be returning to this pizzeria.

23/08/2025: In the summer, a cozy terrace with a pizzeria is open. Good food, a wide selection of grilled meats. The pizza and fried foods are also good. Quiet place.

17/08/2025: Last night we waited 2 hours and 50 minutes for two simple pizzas! And aside from the taste, the pizza wasn't even good... the staff is incompetent, I know because you could see the kitchen. I personally saw a woman smoking in the kitchen... I was shocked. Plus, I have a daughter who works at the bar and she smokes too, but all the girls and women who work there smoke outside, not inside!...
16/08/2025: A negative experience. Especially because of the rudeness of the girls working there...
I would have liked to speak with the owner to explain what I witnessed, both towards myself and others near my table.

23/03/2025: Beautiful café on the main square of Ferentino with tables both inside, in a welcoming room, and outside under the characteristic porticoes.
Excellent donut and cappuccino served by an affable lady always with a smile.
Recommended if you are in the area...

08/08/2025: Female staff of a certain age, argumentative and rude.
The restaurant is under video surveillance and they don't make you sign a release form for personal information. In fact, the waitress came to tell me that during breakfast there are cameras monitoring customers as they eat for fear they'll put the mini sandwiches they give them in their pockets to take with them! We stayed in two for a public competition in the morning, and they told us we couldn't even bring a piece of fruit or a banana with us, and "it's your problem" if you have a stomach upset.
The waitress, since the hotel was half empty (who knows why 😏😏....), kept an eye on us the whole time for fear they'd take away a small amount of butter or jam, and I reprimanded her, telling her not to do so. It should be noted that the room, carpet, etc., was all old and broken, for a double room costing €160 for two days;
The owner, an elderly woman with glasses, doesn't welcome guests; she just yells at them in a rude and nasty manner.
Never again, I don't recommend it to anyone. It's better to travel 10 km further to Frosinone city or at most Ferentino, but never stay there.

20/01/2025: Ottima la pizza, ma anche a pranzo si trovano piatti molto gustosi, perché oltre che pizzeria è anche tavola calda. Il servizio è veramente super, le bariste sono cordiali e gentili. Se non ci sei mai stato, ti consiglio di provare. Non resterai deluso

12/05/2025: I found myself eating on a Sunday for lunch, excellent service, very good dishes, and a selection of very assorted desserts including the babà and I must say that I was amazed, identical to the Neapolitan one, I was really satisfied for the first time, I will gladly return

15/06/2025: Sera del 14 giugno. Servono vino bianco ma la macchina del ghiaccio, con almeno 35 gradi esterni, è rotta quindi non possono fornire un secchiello; si offrono di rimettere il vino in frigo ed ogni volta per berne sarà necessario attendere che uno dei camerieri sia disponibile. L’alternativa sarebbe stata bere un vino bianco caldo.
Primo tonnarelli al sugo di granchio blu: si sentiva solo lo zucchero nel sugo per abbassare l’acidità del pomodoro.
Secondo insalata di seppie con contorno di carote lesse. Esatto hanno servito delle carote lesse in un ristorante, l’ultima volta le ho viste in un ospedale.
Il cameriere, che per buona parte della cena ha finto di guardare altrove per non essere chiamato dai tavoli, si ricorda di noi quando ci accendiamo una sigaretta avendo preso il posacenere dal tavolo vicino, per comunicarci che non si può fumare nonostante siamo all’aperto e nonostante ci fosse il posacenere sui tavoli.
Le terme bellissime, ma vi consiglio di mangiare altrove se cercate buon cibo e gentilezza.
13/04/2025: Provato in un viaggio di lavoro, dove ho alloggiato all'hotel Fontana Olente, nel quale questo ristorante si trova. Ho apprezzato la cortesia del personale che mi ha servito una zuppa di ceci e un branzino, entrambi buoni. Da riprovare, magari con più calma in un'altra occasione.

23/03/2025: Ristorante conosciuto per caso, menù che a prima vista può sembrare con poche portate , ma con veri piatti ciociari
Per chi cerca cibi "rivisitati"fusion e minimali"non è un ristorante da consigliare, ma per chi cerca un esperienza unica che ci ha fatto gustare autentici sapori ormai caduti nel dimenticatoio può ritenersi soddisfatto .
Gnocchetti (acqua e farina) al sugo di saraga spettacolari ,gnocchi di patate (rigorosamente fatti in casa) al ragù che ricorda il sapore di una volta quando le nostre nonne spendevano ore per la preparazione del sugo per la domenica e come secondo spezzatino di bufalina morbido e succulento.
Sicuramente ci torneremo per provare altri piatti...dimenticavo la simpatia del personale e in particolare la gentilezza della Sig.ra Anna hanno contribuito a trascorrere una bella domenica

01/09/2023: Quando la villaneria supera la fantasia, se chiedo un filetto al sangue e mi viene servito cotto ho il pieno diritto di farlo notare.
Una reazione assurda, fortunatamente mai vista prima.
La ristorazione è una cosa seria e necessità di basi, l'educazione dovrebbe essere il biglietto da visita.
