Third time. Time passes but the problems remain. Chaos is the watchword. Orders arriving in installments, diners left waiting while others eat, slowness in satisfying customer requests. Incorrect Baby and Junior menus, it is written that bruschetta is included, but in reality it is not, however, after my demonstration it was brought. 4 slices of bread for 4 guests. Difficult to be satisfied....

18/05/2025: I stayed and had dinner at La Genziana this weekend. The welcome and kindness of the owner and staff were truly exemplary. The dinner was excellent and the menu was rich. Fair prices considering where we are and the costs of transportation etc. etc. The room was simple, clean and tidy. It will be my point of reference for the next times. Thank you!

25/04/2025: My visit to Genziana was an absolute disaster. The starters, in addition to being incredibly expensive, were not clearly described on the menu, leading to unpleasant surprises when it came to the bill. The rest of the food turned out to be of very poor quality, and the overall prices exorbitant. Avoid this place if you are looking for good value for money.

18/05/2025: Excellent environment, possibility to stay outside. Wheelchair users can access the place, in the external part there is a reserved area reachable by wheelchair. The guys are very good at serving. Excellent what they prepare and the attention to service, prices for coffee, cappuccino and croissants fair for the quality. The only big flaw is the bathroom is not accessible to wheelchair users.

02/03/2025: Siamo stati in questo locale per la serata di carnevale tavolata di 35 persone ci ha servito un antipasto di montagna e 5 pizze margherita per tutta la tavolata(uno spicchio di pizza a testa) totale 20€ a persona. I camerieri sono proprio mal gestiti, mal seguiti e non sanno neanche servire la portata.ti servono frontalmente e non dal lato sinistro. Mai più...
