15/07/2025: I went to this place with a friend and the staff was wonderful, the cream brioche I ate was excellent (as was the coffee), and the location gave me a very positive and lively impression, being on the main street of Ladispoli (while NOT being chaotic). Highly recommended!!!

12/07/2025: My wife, a couple of friends, and I found a table at this restaurant, and we had a great time. Fettuccine with Maremma white ragù, paccheri with borage, cherry tomatoes, and burrata, bean soup with chicory, tripe, rabbit, and wild boar stew. Everything was delicious. The staff was friendly, and the prices were very fair. If I were to pass through Allumiere again, I'd definitely return.

26/03/2025: We booked for 24 people. Upon arrival for dinner we surprisingly did not find a single table. We all ordered pizza, the wait was about 45 minutes. The pizzas arrived almost at the same time. The pizza menu is really vast and the prices are average.

10/08/2025: I'm speechless! Sky-high prices for a place that's nothing special. The bar then sells its goods at double the price (100%-200% profit margin). I don't think anything could be worse. Absolutely avoid this place, otherwise you'll find yourself paying a hefty bill. More than hefty, it's a rip-off.

09/07/2025: Restaurant near the Subiaco monastery. Very friendly staff and owners. We only had a starter, a drink, and a coffee. The portions weren't very generous; they were good, but not exceptional. As for the price, I was hoping for a bit less.

13/06/2025: One evening my husband and I had dinner here. We were really happy and satisfied. The management is family-run and we found a lot of competence both in the dining room and in the kitchen. The cuisine is really excellent, the ingredients are quality and the preparation enhances them. Even in the dining room there is a friendly service and attention to detail! You can choose to eat inside or outside. We had dinner inside and both the place and the decor are very beautiful. We recommend trying it!!
