A quiet, modern, refined place just right.. also ideal for a couple's dinner. Definitely worth trying. Highly recommended

14/05/2025: Era da un po’ che avevo segnato Pescado in agenda, incuriosito da amici che ne parlavano come di un posto elegante ma non pretenzioso, dove il pesce viene trattato con rispetto e una certa creatività. Così, una sera di primavera, mi sono deciso a provarlo. Il locale, ai Parioli, è luminoso e arioso, con un design sobrio ma ricercato – tavoli ben distanziati, arredi chiari, atmosfera silenziosa ma non ingessata. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza, anche se con una certa formalità che, almeno all’inizio, rende difficile sentirsi completamente a proprio agio. Il servizio è puntuale e molto attento, soprattutto da parte di un cameriere più maturo che si è rivelato anche disponibile a piccole variazioni nel menù. Qualche incertezza iniziale da parte di un collega più giovane è stata ben gestita con garbo. Abbiamo iniziato con un entrée offerta dalla cucina, una piccola mousse di baccalà su crostino caldo – semplice ma eseguita bene. Di seguito, ho scelto una selezione di crudi, con menzione particolare per la tartare di ricciola, delicata e ben condita. Il mio compagno ha preso i ravioli ripieni di scorfano con bisque di crostacei: molto saporiti, forse leggermente carichi di sale, ma strutturati e interessanti. Il secondo – un tonno scottato con sesamo nero e riduzione di soia – era cucinato alla perfezione, croccante fuori e rosa dentro, anche se l’accompagnamento (una crema di topinambur) era poco incisivo. Il tavolo accanto al nostro – due signori americani – ha chiesto consiglio sui vini e il sommelier ha saputo suggerire con cortesia, senza sfoggiare. Il dolce – lingotto alla nocciola – è stato probabilmente il piatto più riuscito della serata: armonico, goloso, ben impiattato. Prezzi non contenuti, ma in linea con la zona e la proposta. Non tutto è stato impeccabile, ma l’impressione generale è di un ristorante serio, che punta in alto e, nella maggior parte dei casi, ci riesce. Quattro stelle, con un invito a rendere il servizio un po’ più caldo e meno impostato: a volte, la cucina riesce a parlare più chiaramente se chi la serve lo fa con un sorriso vero.

21/03/2025: Mi trovo in zona, leggo belle recensioni, vedo belle foto, ci vado. Bellissimo locale, bella accoglienza, promette bene. Gran menù, piatti elaborati, con ingredienti internazionali, scelgo tra le proposte del giorno. Calamaretti spillo in frittura, sfiziosi e due ostriche con chicci di melograno per cominciare, ma portati poco dopo il cestino del pane e olio, uno delicato l'altro più intenso. Gusto i piatti, non faccio in tempo di finire le ostriche che arriva il primo, di gnocchetti con pannocchie molto buoni, ma troppo di fretta; amo gustare queste pietanze. Riesco solo a temporeggiare con il rombo gratinato con le sue verdure, non all'altezza delle prime portate. Lista vini ampia e completa, molte regioni rappresentate anche con etichette importanti, e internazionali. Servizio professionale e piacevole, ma la fretta ha influito nella mia recensione, come il costo, in particolare del rombo, € 33,00 che non mi ha soddisfatto appieno.

03/05/2025: Wir hatten aufgrund der Empfehlung des Restaurants wirklich große Erwartungen. Leider wurden jene überhaupt nicht erfüllt. Die Vorspeise, ein Tatar mit einer Rotweinreduktion, war nicht gewürzt und anstatt einer Reduktion, wurde einfach Rotwein auf den Teller gekippt. Die Hauptgerichte waren teilweise kalt, nicht richtig gewürzt und Beilagen wurden falsch geliefert. Das Fleisch war außerdem trocken und die Sauce fehlte ganz. Leider habe ich nicht mehr hinzuzufügen, außer keine Empfehlung für dieses Restaurant zu geben.

25/04/2025: Parmigiana di gamberi o magnum di baccalà ( si proprio il gelato) : non sono solo titoli per stupire il cliente ma una combinazione felice di sapore, colore e forma. Carta dei vini selezionata e scelta anche se non infinita ( ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo ricarico) . Se aggiungiamo che le pareti sono rivestite di libri, che ogni tavolo è diverso, che la musica accompagna e non disturba, che il personale è gentile , la vostra esplorazione è giunta in un posto veramente da provare e ricordare.

12/05/2025: We were there on a Saturday evening, as a family, after visiting the Garden of Ninfa. The experience was chiaroscuro. The place is really beautiful, welcoming and with a splendid garden. We were greeted in a somewhat cold manner, it almost seemed like we were a nuisance, perhaps due to the presence of four children at the table (who in reality were very good all evening). The options on the menu are very few, but I must say that we found everything we had excellent, in particular: rabbit tacos, smoked spaghetti with vignarola, potato tortelli and provola with chanterelle mushroom ragù. The portions of the first courses were also very generous. The cellar is good, it is appreciated that for the choice of wines you are accompanied down to the cellar, it is not for everyone. I must say that the service was a little slow between one course and another, especially serving the dessert took a long time. Good experience overall, but I don't know if we will return.

11/05/2025: Sono stato in questo locale consigliato da alcuni amici. L’ esperienza ha superato di gran lunga le mie aspettative. Abbiamo cenato al giardino esterno. Una location bellissima nel cuore di Sermoneta. Tutto buonissimo dall antipasto al dolce. Servizio eccellente, il cameriere Stefano che ci ha fatto sentire come a casa nostra. Complimenti allo chef. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Consigliatissimo.

18/05/2025: Very nice place. Fast service and very kind guys. Very good food. Unfortunately my chicken was a little behind in cooking and the cake, which we had for dessert, did not have a soft heart. For the rest the dishes were exquisite. The thing I liked the least was the coffee at the cost of €3.

09/06/2025: Rebanan el jamón fresco cuando lo pides, siempre es una buena señal. Los sándwiches están cuidadosamente hechos y llenos de sabor. Todos en nuestro grupo estaban contentos. Capuchino, café y panini son todos italianos aprobados (Prosciuttoso, Pistacho y Tostadas). Un lugar agradable con verdadero cuidado. No estoy seguro de si siempre es así, pero el pequeño vicolo también trajo una brisa refrescante en un día bastante cálido, simplemente perfecto.

13/05/2025: Cloying ice creams, full of sugar and with a soft and artificial consistency. The flavors? All the same: a tasteless base like fiordilatte with some barely hinted aroma, practically useless. We called to find out if they had the Nutella flavor: they said yes, but it was so pale that it tasted of nothing, other than Nutella. A deception. The medium cones were identical to the small ones: a joke. The flavors were all fake and tasteless, it seemed like eating sugary plastic. And the cream? A miserable spoonful of cream, served with a ridiculous spoon. An experience to forget, enough to make the place close down immediately.

18/04/2025: Es un verdadero restaurante italiano con abundante comida sin lujos servida por el personal acogedor en un ambiente simple. La comida era sabrosa, el servicio era atento y amable y el precio era razonable teniendo en cuenta la zona muy turística de Trevi.
