15/03/2026: It was apparently a full house. The owner himself makes the places and supervises everything.
A real trout place, in all forms. Smoked, fish soup, grilled. There is everything else, steak, chicken, etc. Tiramisu is a must, it was divine!!
14/03/2026: Very delicious dinner! We came from 150km away and found a welcoming place, very kind staff, and delicious dishes. Meat or fish, you eat very well! Our rating is ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

06/03/2026: Cross-country skiing in the Saivera Valley of the Julian Alps. Five of us, old friends, discovered this welcoming and beautiful restaurant at the start of a magnificent 7-kilometer trail with breathtaking views. The staff were friendly and helpful, and on both lunch occasions, they served us quality local dishes, well-cooked and reasonably priced.
03/03/2026: Very welcoming place, with a warm, typical mountain hut atmosphere. The kitchen is open until 3:00 PM. The tagliatelle with mushrooms was exceptional! Reasonable prices. The owner is very kind, as are all the staff.

15/03/2026: Booked last minute and it was a fantastic discovery. Very friendly staff, varied menu, delicious food, and impeccable service. All surrounded by mountains. Not to be missed... highly recommended!

24/01/2026: Nothing special, the food wasn't particularly good and it wasn't cheap at all. Two tagliatelle with venison, one melted cheese, one sausage, one water, and one beer, €30 each. We won't be returning. It was very cold in the dining room...

Homemade pappardelle with venison ragù / homemade potato gnocchi with melted butter / handmade gnocchi with pumpkin and smoked ricotta / super veal meatloaf with mashed potatoes that will make you feel like a child eating at your grandmother's house! 02/07/2025: Che dire...veramente fantastico! Dopo una lunga camminata di oltre tre ore io e mia moglie siamo approdati, abbastanza casualmente, in questo posto. Stanchi e affamati ci siamo seduti a un tavolo all'ombra, sotto un bellissimo acero. Una signora gentilissima ci ha accolto e trattato benissimo, con cortesia e gentilezza. Per farla breve: le tagliatelle al sugo di cervo squisite, il gulash veramente insuperabile e un ottimo vino. Il tutto a un prezzo più che onesto. Da provare... e non resterete delusi.

29/12/2024: Personale gentilissimo, posto molto carino con vista magnifica. Cibo ottimo, in particolare il gulash strepitoso! Quindi tutto fantastico. Se torneremo in zona, passeremo sicuramente qui a mangiare. Bravi!
