08/01/2025: We returned last December 30th and to say that we were satisfied is an understatement.
Very kind and attentive staff, honorable mention for the waitress who served us with a smile and advised us on the best dishes to order, very fresh and well cooked food.
I found the smoked trout accompanied by a surprising kren sauce absolutely delicious. Nice portions perfect for hungry people after a long walk.
The environment is warm and welcoming, the outside of the restaurant overlooks a wonderful, crystal clear lake full of fish, decorated with a beautiful swan and several ducks.
Magical and romantic. Of course we will come back again!
05/01/2025: An outstanding place!!! We found it by chance and it became the highlight of our holiday. The fish so fresh, incredible, tiramisu best we ever had. You must visit here, outstanding food and prices!

08/02/2025: Very beautiful and characteristic cabin, warm and welcoming. Friendly and kind staff. The appetizers (cutting boards) were very good, but the quantity was not suitable for the price. I took the wild boar pappardelle, I was particularly negatively surprised: little flavored in the seasoning and served lukewarm... sometimes cold. I'm sorry but disappointed.
06/02/2025: Really nice environment, there are two gorgeous black cats, and the staff is very kind. Unfortunately we didn't like the flavors very well... The cappuccino was, commonly speaking, "watered down". And even the mulled wine, tasted by my entire group, was "inexplicably sour". But I hope I can change my mind and change the review positively the next time I come!

15/09/2024: Ho pranzato al rifugio con amici, è stata una bella sorpresa trovare una qualità eccellente ed altrettanta cortesia. Grazie a tutto lo staff composto da quasi tutte da donne forti.

31/08/2024: Located in Ugovizza (Val Canale) not far from Tarvisio, this small mountain hut transformed into a small farmhouse serves local products using almost exclusively lunches and dinners still in an artisanal and traditional way. (gnocchi dumplings mountain cheese polenta, all still handmade)
The flagship product is the goulash, not to be missed.
Located at more than 1000 meters above sea level, the small hut overlooks a stupendous and fascinating mountain panorama.
The prices are happy and the atmosphere is familiar

21/06/2024: Piccolo agriturismo abbarbicato sui monti alle spalle di Ugovizza.
Se arrivare non è proprio semplicissimo l’autenticità dell’esperienza che si vive vale sicuramente la pena del viaggio.
All’arrivo ci siamo trovati davanti ad una piccola baita in mezzo ai prati, una volta entrati si respira aria di casa. La gentile signora in cucina prepara piatti casalinghi con le sue sapienti mani con gli ingredienti stagionali offerti dalle terre circostanti curate dal figlio. I sapori autentici come quello che abbiamo provato sono ormai rarissimi da trovare! Una esperienza montana autentica!

29/12/2024: Personale gentilissimo, posto molto carino con vista magnifica. Cibo ottimo, in particolare il gulash strepitoso! Quindi tutto fantastico. Se torneremo in zona, passeremo sicuramente qui a mangiare. Bravi!
