01/11/2025: Tonight I ate at the great Gimmi Bottos. Excellent grilled ribs, special San Daniele ham. A special cheese as an entree, natural salami, reasonable price.

03/11/2025: I'm not saying it was a bad experience but I definitely won't be returning. The dishes were cold, starting with the starters made of polenta and cheese. We ordered 5 first courses and the tagliatelle were crumbled and cold. We waited more than 5 minutes for the other first courses which were always cold, but while we were waiting they brought us the chips we had asked for as a side dish. The rabbit was good but it didn't cover up the disaster of the lunch. Finally, we asked for a second bottle of water and they didn't have any still water, it ran out and they brought it in a jug...🥴
02/11/2025: If you're looking for an authentic trattoria, one that seems to have come from another era, this is perfect. It's nestled in the countryside, with a slightly dark and rustic interior, just as you'd expect from such a place. The atmosphere is quiet, no frills.
The food? Beautifully hearty and flavorful, as it should be. Rooster is the specialty: served in sauce with pasta or baked, serious fare. I had the tripe, and finally... it REALLY tasted like tripe! I hadn't had such a good one in years.
We washed it all down with the house wine, simple but good. The price is a bit high, but that's okay: the quality is evident. The service is relaxed, not super fast, but kind and professional.
There are also tables outside, shaded by plants—it must be wonderful in the summer. Be warned: it's best to reserve, as they're often full. There aren't many seats inside, so it's best to be safe.

17/08/2025: Very welcoming property. One note: given the moderate evening temperatures, the air conditioning, set to 23 degrees and not adjustable, was too low.

Maybe as a restaurant it could be good, I personally have not tried it and I do not intend to judge on anything; however, as a B&B it failed. The idea was nice, a quiet place far from the chaotic city, surrounded by nature with a swimming pool and many rooms, however the structure is abandoned to itself, the owners non-existent, reachable only through booking. We have had a series of problems with other customers of the structure, and so far I do not blame the owners for the incorrectness of 70% of the clientele of this place, however I blamed them for the absence following various reports. It is a pet friendly B&B, and so far, I have nothing to say, most of the clientele is disrespectful, dogs left for hours to bark in the rooms, alone, while the owners were out. The owners were warned multiple times of this problem without coming to the structure and solving it. Once called they agreed that the dogs should not be left alone, but the problem was not solved. I know this is not a problem that will always arise but the absence of the owners in this situation says a lot. Also the room that was assigned to us is not the same as the photos, so if you would like to choose this place based on the rooms, be careful, booking is aware of this problem and is currently resolving the issue.

31/12/2024: Fue la comida más asquerosa que he tenido en muchos, muchos años. El servicio fue grosero, una camarera en particular se inclinó a través de mí mientras comía para darle a otra su comida.
Esto fue parte de una gira en la víspera de Año Nuevo, muy decepcionante de hecho.

04/09/2024: Ottimi i primi piatti (mi sogno ancora gli gnocchi di patate al ragù di anatra) così come la pizza disponibile con tantissimi impasti e con tantissime farciture (ogni pizza ha il nome di un calciatore). I fritti sono rivedibili in quanto erano buoni ma sicuramente prodotti industriali surgelati. Ottimo il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Comunque se abitassi in zona verrei a trovarvi almeno una volta a settimana.

23/12/2023: Location in mezzo al verde, posto tenuto con cura e amore, abbiamo cenato la qualità era ottima e genuina, impiattamento eccellente, il servizio ottimo i titolari sono veloci e molto gentili e simpatici.
Consiglio questo posto per uscire dal caos della città e gustare cibo genuino.
Ci tornerò sicuramente

25/02/2025: Pranzo in famiglia, in 14 persone. Posto semplice, come essere in una taverna di casa degli anni 80. Personale gentilissimo e cortese.
Carne squisita e, in alternativa per chi non mangia carne, la pizza ugualmente buona.
Noi, come carne, avevamo la grigliata e abbiamo portato anche a casa perché erano vassoi davvero importanti anche nella quantità. Inoltre, patate, nervetti, verdure grigliate, fagioli a contornare il tutto.
Il titolare ha poi spiegato che fanno anche lo stinco, le trippe e altri piatti della tradizione.
Amaro offerto! Prezzo onesto per la qualità del cibo.
Unico consiglio che mi sento di dare, visto l'ambiente stesso e la collocazione (di domenica è davvero un angolo tranquillo, Azzanello)di avere dei dolci casalinghi al posto di quelli in vista nel frigo. Sarebbero la ciliegina sulla torta!
11/11/2024: Prima volta che veniamo all’Angolo, consigliati da un amico, devo dire che ci siamo trovati molto bene, ambiente pulito, personale cortese e la grigliata con i contorni veramente ottimi. Posto da consigliare e da ritornare , buon lavoro.
