02/07/2025: Noi a Cormons i nostri amici a Trieste . Decidiamo di trovarci a cena a mezza strada a Monfalcone e tiriamo i dadi scegliendo un ristorante che nessuno conosceva. Sorpresa in una zona un po’ improbabile troviamo un piccolo ristorante gestito con competenza e simpatia ! Stefano in cucina e Margherita la moglie in sala . Partiamo da un insalata di mare così fresca e sapida che non mi capitava da anni idem per i molluschi gratinati! I primi speciali tagliolini al Granporro e gli spaghetti al nero con le seppie .Sul pesce non si scherza spigole rombi ombrine e molto altro tutto pescato nel golfo. Buoni anche i dolci . Servizio attento e prezzi più che ragionevoli. Lo consiglio senza remore e considerato il rapporto qualità e prezzo gli assegno senza esitazione un punteggio molto alto. All’attivo anche il parcheggio comodo e ben posizionato.

21/06/2025: Non fatevi ingannare dal luogo in cui si trova il ristorante: dentro c'è un altro mondo. Si è accolti cortesemente e si mangia molto bene: ottima la materia prima e il rapporto qualità/quantità/prezzo. Menù esclusivamente a base di pesce. Ai bambini vengono anche dati dei pennarelli: alla fine scopri anche un'artista a tavola!

20/08/2025: We were here with friends. The service was very nice and pleasant, but there were a lot of people, so the service was a little slower. My meal was not a miracle, but my friends couldn't praise it enough. They said it was the best steak they had ever had, the burrata was also delicious, then we had pasta with mushrooms on the table and they were very good. For me, it's definitely worth a visit and everyone will find something for themselves. 😊

19/08/2025: Regardless where you are traveling through this small town, there is a high chance this place will overshadow any food you can find at your destination.

17/06/2025: The most delicious pizza I've ever tried!!! Very nice staff. My daughter ate two huge pieces of pizza and asked for more. That's the coolest compliment.

16/06/2025: Very good pizza, the staff speaks little English, for eating on site they add 1.5 €, fees, it is in the price list, but the pizza is delicious, especially the dough. I personally think that the so-called small one is enough for 2 people but to eat it is for one, thin dough .

23/07/2025: We stayed at the Best Western above the restaurant. We decided to order take out which they estimated to be a 30 minute wait. It ended up being 1 hour and 30 minutes. When we got our food they forgot the rice and the milkshakes we ordered for the kids were slosh and warm. When I brought the milkshakes back down they said they were perfectly fine when they gave them to us. With less than 5 minutes from the time I received them and the time I returned them this was obviously not the case. We were so disappointed. I think in the future maybe they shouldn’t do take out as it seemed they didn’t know how to manage it. For the price we paid for good food I expected more.

07/08/2025: An excellent restaurant in the Marina. Beautiful location, excellent service, and excellent food. Excellent ingredients, cooked very well, and very efficient staff. Good wine list. Portions are generous; the shellfish Catalana is definitely worth a try.

29/03/2025: 29.3.25 - latest review: I returned after a long time and I can confirm that the food is very good. I highly recommend it for a quick and excellent lunch. Old review - Trattoria with abundant and genuine dishes. Fast service. Crowded for lunch by workers throughout the week. The dishes change daily. Usually 4/5 first courses, 4/5 second courses plus 3 or 4 side dishes. The menu is available on the blackboard positioned inside or outside the restaurant, but is still listed and explained well by the waitresses. The sandwich menu is not very publicized but is always available. Reasonable prices.

21/08/2025: The restaurant opens at 6pm, but the kitchen is only open from 7pm, so we could only order pizza. There were locals sitting at the next table, they got olive oil and balsamic vinegar, grissini, we didn't. They got calamari 20 minutes before 7pm. The pizza was delicious, but they didn't let us sit on the terrace.

27/07/2025: Ordered 2 large pizzas for takeout, delivered one on top of the other. The bottom one was completely burned. The edge and bottom were burned. Even the vegetable topping was burned. But I say, if you see that you've burned it, make another one, it can happen. You don't deliver it anyway. Pizza worth over 20 euros thrown away. Ban!!

13/08/2025: We didn't book in advance, but we didn't have to wait for a table. We ordered two pasta dishes, which were prepared relatively quickly. The waiters only spoke Italian, but we were able to make ourselves understood. I recommend the place.

13/08/2025: The service is top-notch. Everyone was very kind and helpful, and the food... excellent! We've been there several times and always come back full and satisfied.

The atmosphere is welcoming, well-decorated, and clean, with plenty of seating inside and a spacious outdoor terrace where you can sample a wide selection of wines and sparkling wines and enjoy pleasant aperitifs with friends. Friendly, fast, and helpful service.

21/07/2025: A beautiful little restaurant with a lot of charm! The service was outstanding – very attentive and extremely hospitable. The food was of excellent quality and arrived without a long wait. We were particularly impressed by the cozy yet elegant atmosphere. Highly recommended!

25/08/2025: The menu is varied, with expertly prepared fish, and the staff is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Last time I visited, I was offered a tuna steak that wasn't on the menu. It was delicious, and I hope it'll be on the menu next season, as was the case with the red shrimp tartare. There's no need for me to recommend a dish; choose whatever you like, it's all delicious. I'm always on the lookout, but I prefer the Scotadeo mussels or shrimp with oil and lemon as an appetizer, and grilled calamari as a main course.

21/08/2025: We had dinner as a group, a nice, noisy table. Excellent fish, excellent wine, delicious desserts, fair price: I highly recommend it. PS: Also for an intimate dinner.

01/08/2025: The panuozzo was average, certainly nothing exceptional. I'm still wondering why I paid 17 euros for a panuozzo and a Fanta served in a plastic cup and not even provided with napkins.

31/07/2025: We booked and arrived at noon. Hospitality was zero. There was a table of two before us. Then about ten workers arrived and were served first. I understand since they have a short lunch break, but it would have been polite to point this out to us, considering we waited 40 minutes, and besides, we had ordered two pizzas, so it didn't hinder the kitchen. The vegetables on the pizza were pickled and inedible. It's a shame because the dough is good. We were there in March, and given all the excellent reviews, we probably came at the wrong time.

11/06/2025: From the outside, you wouldn't guess that this is such a great restaurant. We made a reservation two hours in advance, which we found very sensible. The staff speaks English and is very friendly and attentive. The food came quite quickly and the quality was simply superb. The white wine is divine, and the seats on the sidewalk were also very traditional but extremely well-kept. Dogs are also allowed. We will definitely come back.

30/05/2025: Eravamo di passaggio e ci siamo fermati casualmente, tipico ristorante napoletano con piatti di pesci fresco cucinato come la cucina comanda , personale gentile professionale e super disponibile. Ci siamo sentiti come a Napoli. Consiglio vivamente
