The menu is very interesting because it successfully blends traditional Romagna dishes with ethnic flavors, tied to the origins of the people who work there. The project's wonderful social dimension is also clearly evident, providing opportunities to people who would otherwise struggle to find a place. Samuele manages everything very well: he always welcomes you with kindness and a smile, and that really makes a difference.

23/11/2025: The tranquility we found at Tenuta Saiano is hard to match. The building, a classic country farmhouse, is ancient and charming. The rooms are truly welcoming, furnished with antiques yet equipped with every modern comfort. The breakfast served to us was excellent: the estate's products are renowned for their high quality, and we enjoyed a generous variety. Fog and snow prevented us from visiting the grounds, which certainly would have been worth a long stroll. Honorable mention goes to the lady in charge of management: professional, attentive, full of attention, and generous with recommendations for places to visit. We hope to return soon.
