12/08/2025: We visited Birroteca 88 in Cattolica and were immediately won over. The dishes, far removed from the usual restaurant fare, combine original flavors and thoughtful presentation, and are all delicious. The friendly and welcoming staff made the experience even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

You can immediately sense how much he loves what he does: he explains each dish expertly, carefully selects the pairings, and knows every detail of the ingredients, even their shelf life! When he receives a compliment, his eyes light up: it's touching to see how much he truly cares about offering the best. The menu is simple but carefully chosen, with just a few dishes, all fresh, balanced, and well-thought out. Every course has a purpose; nothing is left to chance. 24/08/2025: August 15, 2025 Unfortunately, I have to update my review following the change of management. We had dinner on the evening of August 15th. The staff was in a state of disarray, and they brought us drinks intermittently, and I had to ask more than once because we'd started eating without the wine and the child's Coke. I skipped the coffee because no one showed up. The food was good, but in my opinion, the standard has dropped a bit.
