The traditional Piacenza dishes, revisited and interpreted in a more modern style, are unique and unmatched anywhere else, so much so that some are even "registered trademarks" to protect their quality. The various wine pairings recommended by the sommelier are the icing on the cake: each dish pairs with a different wine that represents the natural continuation of the flavor you're savoring. It's fascinating to listen to every detail of the bottle being poured. The setting is visually stunning, with well-spaced tables and large windows offering views of the equally meticulously maintained exterior. The service is top-notch, with explanations of the dishes served, meticulous attention to detail, such as table cleaning, changing cutlery for each course, changing glasses for each wine, and rearranging seats when a guest leaves temporarily. Of course, you can ask for any uneaten food to be taken away. A very welcome detail is the hand-made ravioli with a magnet that is given to each guest. The price is reasonable for what we've just described and truly well spent. In conclusion, you have to visit Palta at least once in your life. Hats off!

09/07/2025: Only now, after almost a year, did I realize my review hadn't been published. Google problems. I'll fix it immediately. I treated my girlfriend to a la palta lunch for her birthday, and it was one of the best choices I could have made. We had the "you're in my hands" menu, and every dish was a pleasant discovery and a thrill. We truly enjoyed everything, including the service. Special mention because they were also kind enough to bring a birthday candle and a dessert with "happy birthday" written on it. You can really feel the loving hands that prepared everything in the dishes. I can't wait to return to try new menus.

18/07/2025: What can I say: Le Proposte is one of those restaurants that makes you feel right at home from the moment you arrive. Its cuisine is rooted in Piacenza's tradition, yet reinterpreted with balance, technique, and respect for the ingredients. The dishes are well-executed, coherent, and free from excess: you eat truly well, with flavor and without being forced. The culinary offering is solid, carefully curated, and designed to showcase the region with authenticity. The wine list is also very interesting: extensive and thoughtful, with excellent local selections and a few excellent ones from outside the area, demonstrating careful and never banal research. The service is welcoming, attentive, and above all human: you can sense a sincere desire to make guests feel at home, with attention that is never superficial. A restaurant that works with seriousness, consistency, and passion. A place that values the region, without unnecessary frills. Well done indeed.

16/06/2025: Nothing to say about the food and the kindness of the staff, but I booked for the birthday party and given the nice weather they put us outside. We arrived at 8 pm, the drinks arrived almost immediately, but the pizzas arrived at 9.45 pm. I'm sorry that there were children. If I hadn't brought the birthday cake, we would have left the place. We thought that those outside outside were saved for last and probably that was exactly what happened.

25/05/2025: An amazing place. I love a place like this where you can find some peace and quiet. The food is excellent, Federico is a helpful and welcoming person. If you have time and want to make a special day from Milan it doesn't take much. Time well spent. The tortelli with butter and sage are amazing. The salami is delicious

19/05/2025: Immerso tra le vigne dei colli piacentini, l’agriturismo Il Corniolo è una piccola perla per chi cerca autenticità e gusto. L’atmosfera è quella calda e rilassata di una casa di campagna, dove il tempo sembra essersi fermato. La cucina è il vero punto forte: un incontro sorprendente tra la tradizione piacentina e la cucina greca, in un connubio che funziona alla perfezione. Dai tortelli con la coda, alla moussaka con ingredienti locali, o ancora ai pisarei con la feta, ogni piatto racconta una storia di contaminazioni felici e sapori ben bilanciati. Il clima è familiare e accogliente: si viene trattati come ospiti di vecchia data, non come semplici clienti. Il servizio è cordiale, mai invadente, e sempre pronto a raccontare l’origine dei piatti e dei vini della casa. Un altro punto a favore è il prezzo, decisamente contenuto rispetto alla qualità dell’esperienza offerta. È raro oggi trovare un luogo che coniughi genuinità, buona cucina e prezzi onesti con tanta naturalezza. In definitiva, Il Corniolo è il posto ideale per una gita fuori porta (l'agriturismo ha anche alcune stanze per il pernottamento), una cena romantica o un pranzo in compagnia, con il valore aggiunto di una cucina che osa senza perdere le radici. I complimenti al cuoco, Federico e alla sua famiglia per aver creato questo gioiello nella campagna piacentina! Straconsigliato!!!
