22/08/2024: A place in the mountains, which is always worth a visit, even just for a drink from the bar looking at the swimming pool from above. The pizza restaurant service is always good.

01/10/2024: Awesome place. I stayed here at the end of July and in addition to the beauty of the panorama surrounding the farmhouse and the well-kept rooms, clean and perfectly in line with the rusticity of the landscape, I was struck by the family that runs the place, so simple and kind, super helpful for each request. A place to enjoy relaxation, silence and the beauty of Parma nature, far from the city. I will definitely return and recommend it.

28/09/2024: In a word: indecent. The farm is in an excellent location and enjoys a beautiful view, but the management is terrible. Starting from the dirty rooms, full of cobwebs and only cleaned every 3 days, this does not lay the foundations for a good stay. We stayed in September and it was 17 degrees in the room, when we asked if we could turn on the heating we were told no, so we were left cold for 4 days. The toilet in the room on the ground floor gets clogged using toilet paper, when we pointed out that the toilet was clogged they complained that we were using too much. The proposed solution? Throw toilet paper in the bin. I'll let you imagine the smell since cleaning takes place every three days. Poor breakfast, but above all full of flies. They don't offer a lot of choice and on the other hand they do nothing to protect the food from flies, which feast undisturbed on the cakes. Finally, zero availability. They won't let you enter by car despite a long asphalt driveway, the parking is outside the gate and therefore you have to walk 100 meters carrying your luggage. This wouldn't be a problem, except that we were staying for our wedding. On the day of the wedding the bride had to walk all 100 meters with her dress and shoes in hand (given a rapid descent) to get to the gate. Attempts to convince the intransigent owner to let a car in for a few minutes were useless: he even replied that only disabled people can enter, but only after 10 in the morning. I'll stop here, but I have no idea how anyone could have given more than 1 star to this place.

23/07/2024: Lunch with a plate of tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, undercooked pasta and portions of a starred restaurant. Chaotic service.

22/07/2024: Potato tortelli with mushrooms arrived a few minutes after ordering with the inside cold, the pasta half raw and completely separated from the sauce, they were evidently already cooked and were just badly reheated I don't know how, cut very tenacious and nervous I couldn't even cut it poor quality of ingredients but prices of a high level restaurant... The service was not adequate we had to remember to bring wine and bread as they had forgotten... I'm sorry because Schia is a nice place to drop by from Parma on the sultry summer evenings but if this is what awaits me I'll have dinner at home and maybe just go and get some fresh air...
