04/04/2024: Easy-going restaurant and super friendly staff available to suggest menu changes based on personal tastes in case of allergies/intolerances. Good food and varied and typical menu. Price appropriate to quality and quantity.

02/04/2024: We had dinner a few nights ago, two adults and two children. We didn't know the place and at night in the dark with the rain we struggled to find it but once we got there we had a really good time. We ate the fried cake with culatello and they were really excellent, light and super tasty. We then had first and second courses of meat and I must say that everything was really good. The desserts were also homemade and tasty. The place is very large and clean, the staff very kind and courteous. I also highly recommend for families with children.

30/03/2024: We stumbled upon this place by chance for an aperitif, the staff were very nice and friendly. Very popular place and after tasting their cured meats and fried pie we understood why. When we came to pay we thought it was a mistake because we paid very little for what we ate. I highly recommend it ❣️

30/03/2024: We stopped for an aperitif, delicious food and very kind staff even though the place was crowded. After paying the bill we went back to ask if they were wrong, €18 for 2 spritzes, a platter of cold cuts and fried cake at will...it seemed too little...instead those are their prices 👏 Advised

25/04/2024: I share our experience, Sunday 21 April 2024 for lunch: Good cuisine, not abundant...good quality of food, good courtesy of the waiters, but decidedly excessive price...appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses for three, trio of tortelli for three, 2 grilled meat, 4 pieces for each grill, 22 euros each.... 3 half portions of tomato chips for the children, paid in full, dessert coffee wine included place settings €250....

16/03/2024: Fantastic experience: excellent welcome, trained and capable staff, sublime dishes tending towards the generous obviously referring to the goose-based dishes tasted, extensive wine list with even important selections, included in the expectations considering the quantity of dishes ordered and the quality of the raw materials of the courses. Definitely an experience worth repeating to taste other dishes.

15/02/2024: Well done, excellent welcome and quiet location. Good pizza with really high quality flour, excellent mixed fried food. For the second time, years later, I felt welcomed... and you accept dogs, confirming that you are top.

13/01/2024: The hotel in the old buildings is beautifully located. Romantic below the castle. The waiter was very friendly and accommodating. The boss was sometimes friendly and sometimes unpleasant.

30/12/2023: Accoglienza molto piacevole, sia nella reception che al loro ristorante, camera pulita e accogliente, giro al castello molto interessante, colazione ricca.

04/04/2024: Splendid place surrounded by nature. You eat well and are pampered by Mr. Luciano. Furthermore there is the possibility of purchasing natural cosmetics based on medicinal herbs and natural essences, as it is a botanical garden you can also take educational visits.

02/04/2024: Excellent Easter Monday lunch in a welcoming environment. The day was disturbed only by strong winds.

10/05/2024: Delicious food in a friendly, homey setup. We had a special lasagna which was amazing. Also a bisteca fiorentina, also excellent. The waiter recommended an excellent red wine. We were four people, ended up paying 280€, but that included two grappas and a bottle of wine, approximately 100€. So we paid 45€/person excluding drinks. I would go back to try other foods as well.

02/04/2024: We had dinner there on Easter evening, a very nice and welcoming place. The lady was very kind and helpful as was the waiter who served us. We ate very well, for example the Savarin Al Culatello was delicious, a dish we didn't know. The salted caramel cheesecake they made was also great. I absolutely recommend it, you will find professionalism and customer care.
