02/06/2025: We slept and had dinner in the structure. The rooms are simple but clean and quiet, they also have air conditioning and convenient parking in front of the entrance. The breakfast is plentiful and for dinner they have an excellent menu, I recommend the very good meat tartare. Perhaps the tagliatelle ai funghi could be improved as they lacked a bit of flavor. I recommend it.

31/05/2025: Excellent. Fabulous pizza, friendly and helpful staff, very fair prices! Today I came back and had a restaurant lunch! Always excellent and with very affordable prices!

10/06/2025: We arrived on Saturday at noon, after we had booked with a gift box, we ate and then we said goodbye to the nearby town, Sestola. The place is fantastic, it is a beautiful place, in a super quiet hamlet, you eat very well and the staff is always polite. We had two small organizational problems, for me of little importance, but resolved in a very short time. Upon returning we went up to the room, quite large, with everything you need and then we booked an hour of spa. They have a solarium with sun loungers, a beautiful hydro massage tub and a sauna. For me it has all the comforts that should be in a place where you can relax. We are very happy to have discovered this place, we will definitely return perhaps this winter to try the nearby slopes of Monte Cimone.

22/06/2025: We were here for lunch with friends. The atmosphere is rustic but welcoming. The staff is friendly. We had lunch with crescentine (excellent) with cold cuts and cheeses. The boys had: polenta with ragù, polenta with wild boar ragù, tortelloni with ragù, tagliatelle with wild boar. We had the famous sweet erbazzone for dessert 😋 A glass of nice fresh Otello Lambrusco… Super fair price. In short: we had a good time. Well done! Reservation required.

15/06/2025: Excellent restaurant, impeccable service and stratospheric quality of dishes. The environment is very quiet and perfect for families, couples and larger groups. There were 4 of us and we had not booked, they immediately found us a table.

29/03/2025: Excellent welcome, really good dinner (amazing truffle soup) with 5-course tasting menu plus dessert. The owners, I think they are sisters, are very kind, my daughter has celiac disease and had all her dishes gluten-free and also the tigelle; abundant breakfast and my daughter had two types of gluten-free cakes made by them; and freshly fried eggs for those who want. We really liked the room, nice and with everything you need and excellent mattresses, we slept very well. You can get there by car and it is a few steps from the Ninfa ski resorts. What can I say... we had a very good time, we will definitely be back, thank you!

09/03/2025: Il locale, curato e familiare (c'era anche un caminetto in funzione!), è inserito all'interno del camping Sestola. Siamo andati a cenare lì per due sere di fila ed in entrambi i casi siamo usciti con la pancia piena e soddisfatta! Prezzi buoni, porzioni abbondanti, piatti semplici ma deliziosi: tortellini in brodo, polpette e piselli, pollo e coniglio con crescenti, risotto con radicchio e pecorino, tortelloni. Il personale è stato molto gentile (per la festa della donna mi hanno regalato una primula in vasetto!) e disponibile; da mamma non posso non sottolineare le particolari premure che le cameriere (Monica in particolare) hanno avuto nei confronti del mio bimbo. C'è anche una stanza per i giochi dei più piccoli ed un calcetto balilla all'ingresso.

17/05/2025: Tornati, abbiamo trovato dei piatti nuovi eccellenti; uno stracotto di asino (cotto per otto ore), morbidissimo e saporitissimo, con polenta e riso carnaroli. Un piatto fantastico. Come dolce, una crespella alla ricotta, con castagna e cioccolato. Alla prossima

02/05/2025: Per due sere consecutive io e mia moglie siamo stati in questo locale sul corso principale di Sestola e ci siamo trovati veramente bene. Buoni i piatti che abbiamo consumato sempre abbondanti e di buona qualità. Locale pulito e personale gentile con il Titolare sempre sorridente e disponibile a scambiare due chiacchiere. Cosa chiedere di più???

02/06/2025: Canzonare ciclisti che legittimamente si preoccupano di trovare un luogo dove custodire le biciclette e’ la peggior accoglienza che un’oste possa fornire. Alla larga!

02/06/2025: Una piacevole scoperta nel cuore dell'Appennino modenese: il Ristorante Leoncino di Roncoscaglia si distingue per un'esperienza culinaria autentica e curata nei minimi dettagli. La qualità del cibo è davvero notevole: ingredienti freschissimi, piatti della tradizione preparati con passione e un equilibrio di sapori che conquista sin dal primo assaggio. Ogni portata riflette un’attenzione alla materia prima e un amore per la cucina che si percepisce chiaramente. Ma ciò che rende il Leoncino davvero speciale è l’assistenza del personale di sala: le cameriere si sono dimostrate non solo professionali, ma anche estremamente gentili e sorridenti. La loro accoglienza calorosa e la disponibilità costante hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più piacevole, creando un’atmosfera familiare e rilassata che raramente si trova altrove. In sintesi: ottimo cibo, servizio impeccabile e un contesto che invita a tornare. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una cucina di qualità accompagnata da un’accoglienza genuina.
