09/07/2025: A very nice place in the center of Maranello, well-decorated, but perhaps a bit too noisy. Excellent food, generous and colorful portions, delightful both for the eyes and the palate. The staff is undoubtedly courteous, knowledgeable, and very helpful! On my birthday, they even dimmed the lights and sang "Happy Birthday!" Well done, I'll be back.

02/07/2025: We had lunch at La Fontana on our way to the Ferrari museum.
We were welcomed by a very kind waiter and a welcoming and very well-kept environment. There are both traditional Emilian dishes and dishes with a different soul. Everything is really excellent. At the end of the service the chef also came out, very friendly and nice.
I highly recommend stopping by this delicious place!

05/07/2025: For a special family occasion, we had lunch on Monday, June 23. Location easy to access. Antonio, the owner, a kind and helpful and knowledgeable person. Excellent Grilled steak, fantastic fried gnocco... I think it's the best I've eaten, quality cold cuts and a wide selection of wines.

25/05/2025: Clean rooms but a bit cramped. The soundproofing is not the best, you can hear the snoring of the neighbors and I will not add anything else. The bathroom is small. For location there is no noise from outside since we are in the open countryside. The staff is nice and helpful.

Il menù è molto completo, dalle crudité, agli antipasti caldi, qualche buon primo e secondi piatti alla griglia o al forno in base alla disponibilità giornaliera. Degni di segnalazione sono il carpaccio di ricciola, la catalana di crostacei, il rombo chiodato e un fritto misto di paranza asciutto e croccante. Carta dei vini completa con ricarichi corretta.
17/06/2025: Excellent all round. Michele greeted us, showed us to our table and took time to explain details of the menu. The food and presentation were superb. This family run business is highly recommended.

21/06/2025: We had dinner for the first time at Cicala: very suggestive location, very beautiful panoramic terrace.
Average dishes: we ordered crescentine and fried gnocco as indicated on the menu including cold cuts, cheeses and jams, but we were only served cold cuts; when we pointed this out we were told that only cold cuts are served. Average grill, not excellent.. Service a bit slow, the terrace was full and the waiters very few…
20/06/2025: The place is very nice: well-kept environment and a nice terrace overlooking the hills. The service is very friendly and not intrusive. It's a shame that the dishes didn't convince me much. I ate an asparagus risotto: the quantities should be slightly revised and the taste didn't convince me. Prices are a bit too high for how you eat. However, overall, a good place that I recommend.

15/07/2025: I'm not giving it a star just because of the owner's kindness and smiles. To cut a long story short! We asked for wine five times from three different waiters and waited 30 minutes for it to arrive. The slightly pushy blonde waitress complained loudly four times about the place she works at, adding, "If I were in charge, it would be different." This was very unprofessional. The food wasn't particularly good, and some of the entrees weren't good at all. The service was extremely slow, even with half the room empty; 45 minutes passed between dishes. I must have been sitting for a good three hours for lunch. The atmosphere is vintage but very clean, and the prices are average. I highly recommend reorganizing the service and, if necessary, retraining or replacing the somewhat arrogant staff.
28/06/2025: Clean and well kept place, the food is simply fabulous from the pizza to the restaurant not to mention the gnocco and crescentine are delicious. From the staff to the owners they are adorable, they make you feel like a big family. Thank you, thank you so much for your simplicity.
