29/03/2026: I discovered this place not long ago through a friend of mine who lives nearby. The restaurant is located inside a space I believe once housed an old mill. That said, there's always parking because the space is large, which is no small feat. The place is large inside, but it's crowded, so booking is a good idea, especially for those who want to try their food. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, I'd say beyond compare. The food is incredibly delicious. Last night was my third time there, and I'll be back soon. So far, I've traveled from Bologna specifically to dine at "MACINE." "Rabbit with potatoes, delicious as it is," I highly recommend. It's closed on Tuesdays.

03/12/2025: I didn't know much about this bar, but after discovering it, I have to say that it's not just any bar, it's an excellent pastry shop in this city. A wide variety of pastries of all kinds, I haven't found a single one that isn't good. Even the savory ones are exceptional. The service is very attentive and fast, and they are always available for any request. I asked for a cake for my youngest daughter's birthday, and it exceeded expectations. A huge compliment to Giancarlo, the pastry chef, who is always careful to give the best in his work, and to Cristina and Monica, who welcome you with a smile when you enter and when you leave! I recommend everyone, even if you're passing through, to stop for a nice breakfast or an aperitif!

08/03/2026: I got takeout pizza. They were punctual and very friendly. The place is nice and clean. The pizza was good, but the dough was a little salty.

15/02/2026: I find their behavior very unfair. We called Wednesday evening to reserve a table for 4 with 2 high chairs for Valentine's Day at 8:30 PM. Last night we arrived at the restaurant at 8:25 PM. We gave our names and they said, "Sorry, we don't have room." My husband said, "Excuse me, but we called Wednesday for the reservation." The girl said, "Sorry, but they only wrote down our names here, but there's no room for you. If you want to wait for a table to become available, we told them, "No, we have two little girls, so let's go." It's not even fair that we reserve and you leave us without a seat on a Saturday evening, especially on Valentine's Day. It was also our first time here, and we won't even come back for takeout. Aside from the horrible smell as soon as you walk in, it even stuck to our clothes. You made us look bad in front of our guests.

25/10/2025: I've been to this pastry shop a couple of times. The pastries are generally good. They have a lot of fillings. I'd suggest simpler options for those who eat lightly, like biscuits or small treats that I haven't seen. The staff is a strong point. Even when listening to the barista and the girls serving, they were always proactive, kind, and welcoming. They were so patient and courteous. Honestly, when you go to other places, it's not easy for everyone to have staff like that! I hope any renewals take into account that the staff will stay!

16/10/2025: The biggest advantage is the proximity to the airport, which is just across the street. Comfortable beds, a large desk, and a nice room. The receptionist was very friendly. Access from the city center is a breeze. The bathroom needs a quick refresh – the shower curtain is dirty, the bathtub itself has seen better days, there's mold on the wall, the bathtub stopper is missing, and the toilet paper hangs over the bathtub and gets wet easily.
