I discovered this place not long ago through a friend of mine who lives nearby. The restaurant is located inside a space I believe once housed an old mill. That said, there's always parking because the space is large, which is no small feat. The place is large inside, but it's crowded, so booking is a good idea, especially for those who want to try their food. The staff is incredibly kind, helpful, and professional, I'd say beyond compare. The food is incredibly delicious. Last night was my third time there, and I'll be back soon. So far, I've traveled from Bologna specifically to dine at "MACINE." "Rabbit with potatoes, delicious as it is," I highly recommend. It's closed on Tuesdays.

The pizzas are excellent, with plenty of well-spaced tables. We may have been unlucky that night, but the service was disappointing. They served three tables that had already arrived well ahead of us. Ordering from the waitress was sometimes awkward. Otherwise, the pizzas are good and well-stocked. Prices are overpriced, but that would have been the case if the service had been better.

28/05/2026: A beautiful venue on the Romagna Riviera. Large and spacious, the service and hospitality were in keeping with Romagna tradition. We were a group, and while we waited for everyone to arrive, they offered us a welcome drink, pizza, and piadina with cured meats. Once lunch began, which lasted as long as a wedding, we were able to appreciate the quality of the catch and the expert cooking. A truly memorable lunch. It was just a shame that upstairs there was a tribe of uncivilized, non-Italian people (not that all Italians are civilized, but these were exaggerating), who, celebrating a communion, had monopolized the sound system in the entire area. The only flaw was too much butter in the seafood spaghetti; otherwise, everything was excellent.
