28/12/2025: Today, December 28th, I'm updating the review. A week has passed and "Mr." ALEX hasn't deigned to call and PERSONALLY APOLOGIZE for what happened. I REMAIN waiting... Today, for lunch, December 21, 2025, I went to La Fornace to celebrate my birthday (having booked a table for December 12th). When I arrived, I introduced myself and asked to be assigned the table I had booked. The waitress immediately looked at me in surprise and started to confabulate with the OWNER. After a while, she came back and told me she was sorry, but due to a mix-up, the TABLE IS NOT THERE! I asked for at least an explanation for what happened, and the response was: "You're not the first people today who have come back because the table isn't there! " The best part of this whole incident is that the OWNER was present and witnessed the entire conversation (he was 4 meters away from us!!). He instructed a young waitress to apologize, but he didn't even HAVE the COURAGE to show his FACE personally!!! I consider this behavior shameful. This review is not FALSE. You have my reservation with my phone number. If the owner wants to apologize personally for what happened, please...

05/12/2025: The 25th birthday menu was truly spectacular! As always, a guarantee. Tatiana seems like a block of ice, but then she melts you with her smile... Excellent meat and good wine! Well done!!

12/10/2025: You eat very well in this restaurant, the dishes are fabulous, compliments to the chef and the service is excellent.

22/09/2025: Due to a road closure and a forced detour, we found ourselves in Copparo....looking at the reviews, we discovered "Al Cavallino"—what a treat! A delicious smell of pizza permeated the restaurant! The menu had a decent selection (meat and fish). We ordered an elephant ear....as big as the plate! A pizza! Tagliatelle with mushrooms! Side dishes! Finally, lemon ice cream and coffee! Their strong points are definitely the authenticity of the products (handmade egg pasta, homemade ice cream!!!!) and the wood-fired oven. Good value for money!!
