19/06/2025: As Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino isn't the biggest tourist hub, you don't come across much tourist stuff. That includes the restaurants - ranging from genuine and very simple, to genuine and very nice.
SceSce is not fine dining, and is a bit on the rustique side, but the service is friendly enough to make you feel like the guest of honour; they even treated us to a cannoli along with our coffee. Also, it might have been the quickest service I have experienced; the three of us had a water bottle, bread, wine and food on the table within seven minutes from our order.
The food is good and filling. I tried six dishes during my stay, and I would very much like to recommend the Caprese - which was both beautiful, innovative and delicious.
The menu isn't packed with hundreds of dishes. There is a decent selection of what you would possibly want; they have a number of finer meat cuts sold by the 100 grams, a handful of seafood alternatives, an extensive pizza menu and a tiramisù to die for. This goes along with a generous wine card, as one could expect, but SceSce is however no stranger to beer. They offer a nice, locally brewed lager on tap, along with a few bottled beers - classic Italian brands, as well as IPA's and other brews.
If I return to Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino, or indeed Napoli, I will be sure to visit SceSce again.

We come often, it has a beautiful, enchanting garden. Fair prices. Kindness and hospitality are never lacking. Thank you

15/06/2025: We were looking for a quiet place to have dinner, browsing Google we found ngopp addu me restaurant trattoria pizzeria, we ordered a Neapolitan fried food two first courses. I bark sausage mushrooms and cherry tomatoes, my partner pasta potatoes provola and bacon.
Mouth-watering food!! Really good..
The owners are exquisite people, we felt at home🏡..
If you want a quiet place, and eat good food you are in the right place.
10 stars ⭐⭐⭐ and more to these guys!!
We will return to try other dishes..

16/06/2025: This is a very homely hotel with wonderful staff who make you feel at home. They really looked after us, from transfers to recommendations.
The restaurant is very good, as is breakfast. There were plenty of options to choose from, from delicious pastries to fresh fruit.
We hope to come back one day.

03/07/2025: Very nice hotel, kept in the best cleanliness both outside and in the rooms. Very nice and smiling staff! We spent 9 nights and during this period we were very happy. The best thing we found there was the swimming pool! Great on hot days! About 20 km to the Amalfi coast, we traveled on a motorcycle, it was pleasant for us to ride through the mountain serpentines. We recommend!

19/06/2025: I'm from the local area, nice and clean, great food and drinks but the waitress was very unpleasant, I sit down and after taking my friends' orders, it's my turn, I politely tell her that I'm not taking anything, she looks at me and says okay, this time we'll make an exception, next time the drink is mandatory, I don't think it's the right way to treat a customer, also because by doing so you invite them not to come here again

13/06/2025: Rustique and genuine. The staff is friendly, but service is unorganized, slow and inconsistent. The pizzas are ok, but the rest of the food isn't very good. We went to the place three times, as it was the closest restaurant available, and tried a handful of different dishes, but they were all a disappointment.
The view is fantastic, though.
10/06/2025: The food was delivered promptly. It was very reasonably priced and the food was good. Seeing the sunset right on Mount Vesuvius was amazing! Highly recommended. My boyfriend was very pleasantly surprised, given the poor reviews. But we both agree that we disagree with them. We had pasta and pizza, including two (really large) glasses of wine and a bottle of mineral water – for which we only paid €30. The price is below the value offered. A thumbs up from both of us!!!
We also got free bruschetta as an appetizer! Parking is plentiful and free.

04/11/2024: Posto sconsigliato vivamente, sono persone scorrette. Siamo stati il 03/11 a pranzo, con menù fisso a 25 euro, abbiamo ordinato un menù fisso con aggiunta di un antipasto e un primo (ci era stato detto che si poteva fare), ma al momento del conto ci hanno fatto pagare 50 euro (costo di due menù fissi). Quando abbiamo fatto notare che si avevano detto una cosa diversa e che a saperlo avremmo preso il menù completo, la ragazza alla cassa, infastidita ci ha ribadito che dovevamo pagare 50 euro e basta.
31/10/2024: Buongiorno mi sono fermato all'agrumeto domenica a pranzo con amici durante un viaggio di lavoro. Arriviamo abbastanza presto dovuto al fatto che dovevamo mangiare una cosa veloce per poter continuare il nostro viaggio e nonostante questo ci lasciano comunque accomodare in un giardino rustico ma accogliente. Dopo un po' di attesa(eravamo da soli) si presenta la cameriera comunicandoci che la domenica a pranzo fanno solo menu fisso (antipasto,primo,secondo a 25€) ma vuoi un po' perché non era di nostro gradimento un po' perché comunque come detto sopra eravamo di fretta la cameriera ci da la possibilità di ordinare 3 bistecche a cui aggiungiamo patate al forno una birra e una bottiglia di acqua naturale. La bistecca era buona ma niente di particolarmente eccezionale, le patate piene d'olio ma comunque tutto sommato per un pranzo veloce era accettabile, se non fosse per il fatto che al momento del conto in 3 paghiamo la bellezza di 95,50€ perché a detta loro comunque la domenica si applica solo il prezzo del menù....quindi una bistecca 25€ poi 7€ una birra Fisher e il resto lo fanno i coperti e le patate(immangiabili). Allego foto sia dello scontrino che della bistecca così da farvi rendere conto della truffa subita. SCONSIGLIATISSIMO!!!
