I was truly impressed by the quality of this pizzeria. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is quick and friendly, but the real highlight is the pizzas: the dough is light and easy to digest, and the ingredients are incredibly fresh and flavorful.
A special mention goes to the fries and sausage, a true delight. It's a combination you don't often find, and here they make it to perfection.
Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place to eat excellent pizza and enjoy something different and delicious. I'll definitely be back!

The 15th anniversary celebration of Special Pub in Battipaglia was a truly fun event. The atmosphere was electrifying and the organization impeccable.
We came to celebrate, but of course we also ate: the food was, once again, top-notch! Amazing sandwiches and specialties, a true guarantee of quality.
The owners are fantastic people, and you can see how much they put into this place. Their friendliness and dedication are the true secret to Special's biennial success.
A well-deserved achievement. Special Pub is an institution: the food is excellent and the atmosphere is even better!
29/09/2025: I'm giving 5 stars only because there aren't 100!!! What can I say, a stratospheric evening, finally an event where we had fun in a genuine way and felt at home, singing at the top of our lungs while laughing and enjoying the company of everyone present!!! The quality of the products is beyond discussion, starting from the originality of the platter to the goodness of the sandwiches!!! And as the icing on the cake (which was also delicious!!!) the fireworks, explosive and colorful like the owners!!! Special, what can I say, YOU ARE SIMPLY SPECIAL ❤️

24/11/2025: I went to this place with friends. The pasta e fagioli was tasty but the quantity was small, and the price was incredibly high: €15.
The waiter, completely improvised, offered us a roast with fillet and sirloin. We asked him if he was sure of what he was saying, and he came back saying he was bringing a Florentine roast from Poland. He said he would bring it sliced, but we asked him to bring it whole. Finally, it arrived: a roast fillet, sliced just thickly with a small piece of fillet, costing around €80/kg. The host told us it weighed 1.730 kg, but we had to trust him since he didn't weigh it in front of us. What can I say?
The wine was good, but it was also overpriced. I don't think I'll go back, nor recommend it to others, especially given the exceptional quality/price ratio.
08/11/2025: A welcoming and well-maintained place, the owners are wonderful people, the table service impeccable from start to finish. The waiter, Nico for this occasion, explained the construction of each course to us. The wine was excellent. Nothing else to say, except that it's too far for me, being from Milan. If I can, I'll gladly return.

The ingredients stay in my mouth, and it's so good that I recommend it to all my friends who want to eat pizza. So if you want to come and eat, come here. I recommend it. The pizza is good, so friends, go and visit it. The ingredients are good. This pizzeria knows how to please their customers in the best possible way. The owners are kind and polite. If you're looking for a restaurant, come to Tenuta Marandino, Battipaglia.

11/11/2025: We reached the place recommended by a dear local friend, with all the products on display like other places.
We decided to eat there, and so far so good.
We were the only customers in the place, and a girl was having lunch.
I ordered some mozzarella, a sandwich, and a dessert for my son.
I asked her, "Do I pay later?" because I was going to buy a few kilos of mozzarella to go, and she very annoyedly replied,
"No, you pay first, it's the shop's policy."
She seemed very rude, and even made me pay for a can in advance... well, basically.
I ate the mozzarella and I have to say I've had better.
Obviously, the sales assistant's attitude put me off buying the mozzarella to go.
Maybe she was having a bad day, but a smile can only do her and the customers good, otherwise the mozzarella will go sour, dear lady!!
P.S. At Jemma's, it's better!
