One of its greatest strengths is undoubtedly Michela, the sweet, friendly, cheerful, and knowledgeable dining room manager. Her presence is discreet yet constant: available, attentive, and never intrusive, she makes guests feel naturally welcomed and cared for with great professionalism. The kitchen offers well-defined, carefully crafted, and modern gourmet dishes, without seeking unnecessary extremes. The ingredients are of the highest quality and are enhanced with balance, technique, and respect for flavor. Among the most popular dishes, the original and well-executed blueberry risotto and the carefully prepared tagliata (beef steak) deserve special mention. The focaccia is also truly excellent: soft, light, and well-leavened, one of those details that demonstrates attention to detail and expertise. A delightful conclusion is the delicate and beautifully crafted tiramisu by Vincenzo Pepe, a young, emerging pastry chef. The menu is extensive and well-structured, featuring both meat and seafood, while the wine list offers a selection that is appropriate and in keeping with the caliber of the cuisine. The location is also very pleasant: the restaurant, characterized by exposed stone, is clean, welcoming, and tastefully furnished. The quality of the hotel and restaurant is the result of the professionalism and entrepreneurial vision of the owner, Dr. Pietro Marino, who has successfully transferred the experience and skills he gained during his previous career to the management of the establishment. This work culture is based on organization, respect, and customer care, which is clearly reflected in the staff's behavior, always friendly, polite, and helpful. It's no surprise, then, that the establishment is well-attended and often chosen by artists and entertainment personalities, who stop there on their travels precisely because of the quality of the hospitality, cuisine, and service. Le porzioni erano abbondanti e ben curate, davvero una delizia per il palato. Consiglio vivamente questo locale a chi cerca un’esperienza culinaria di qualità e un servizio impeccabile. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

30/05/2025: Il 27/05 ho festeggiato la mia laurea con un pranzo insieme a una quarantina di persone e non avrei potuto desiderare di meglio. Mi sono affidata al locale senza averlo mai visto né provato prima, ma la disponibilità e la professionalità di Pierpaolo mi hanno trasmesso subito fiducia. Sin dal primo momento, si è impegnato per accogliere ogni mia richiesta, permettendomi di vivere una giornata speciale insieme ai miei ospiti. Il locale si trova in una posizione ottimale rispetto all’università ed è immerso nel verde, che abbiamo potuto apprezzare appieno grazie alla splendida giornata di sole. Il cibo era davvero buono e genuino, preparato con ingredienti di loro produzione e servito in porzioni abbondanti. Anche la torta molto buona e bella, proprio come l'avevo richiesta. Ringrazio di cuore Pierpaolo e tutto lo staff per l’eccellente accoglienza e consiglio vivamente questo agriturismo per festeggiare un momento importante.
