It's a way of eating that requires a willingness to listen and curiosity, but it rewards you with an experience that will last a lifetime. There's little point in dwelling on a single dish: what matters is the journey as a whole, the logical thread that ties the courses together, the sensations that accumulate over the course of the evening. And that's precisely why the experience, overall, is truly worth the trip. Molaro's work clearly demonstrates study, passion, and a strong desire to share his own personal story. He's a young chef, but evidently mature: there's technique, there's research, but above all, there's a vision that doesn't seek effect at all costs, but rather coherence and depth. Nancy, the dining room manager, makes a decisive contribution to making the experience even more enjoyable. The intimate and well-maintained spaces are designed to put you at ease: they're not large, but they're tidy, clean, and consistent with the concept of a restaurant where the focus must be on the dining experience. Ultimately, Contaminazioni is a place where you can feel a genuine project, crafted with professionalism, dedication, and courage. A restaurant that doesn't try to please everyone, but manages to leave a mark on those willing to let themselves be guided. And today, that's by no means a given.

26/11/2025: We stopped by by chance on a Monday. We went in and asked for the menu, and he told me it wasn't available. I asked about the price of the wines, and he said it wasn't there. I asked about the price several times, and nothing even came of it. "This is an experience," the manager told me. It was raining outside, so we decided to stay. So, the experience: an octopus salad, marinated cod, tuna parmigiana, and a seafood soute, all cooked as if my sister had made it when she wasn't in the mood. Then dessert, a bottle of local white wine and house liqueurs, 90 euros for two. Seeing my reaction, he gave me a bottle of white wine from the same winery, costing max 5 euros wholesale. Avoid it.

The food was delicious, incredibly fresh, with traditional Neapolitan flavors. My guests and I were served by qualified and helpful waitstaff. We were entertained with dancing, singing, and games thanks to the professional entertainment team. They prepared a spectacular party package for me. We couldn't have asked for anything better.
