01/02/2025: The name of the restaurant suggests and tells the imprint of chef Giuseppe Molaro's cuisine: tradition that expertly blends with Asian notes and preparations. There is extensive use of fermented foods, and although this may intimidate the most delicate palates, the acidic notes are always pleasant, giving known flavors new flavor notes, exploding where it is right for them to do so. The journey is a joy for the eyes and the palate, and the chef's "journeys" are elegantly conveyed in the dishes offered. Excellent room service, excellent wine list. I appreciated being able to have a chat with the chef at the end of the evening. The furnishings and lighting recall, in a modern key, the Japanese tradition, which once again reminds us of the chef's path and history. Convenient private parking adjacent to the restaurant, in a sufficiently quiet area.

10/01/2025: A dream culinary experience Dinner at this Michelin restaurant was simply spectacular. Each dish was a combination of flavors, textures and colors capable of surprising both the palate and the eyes. The ingredients, carefully selected, were very fresh and enhanced by impeccable preparation techniques. The service was impeccable: the staff were attentive, friendly and always ready to respond to every need, without ever appearing intrusive. A restaurant that not only deserves the Michelin star, but represents a gastronomic journey that I recommend to all lovers of good food. A meeting between West and East. I can't wait to go back!

28/10/2024: Locale accogliente con un comodo parcheggio interno. C'è la possibilità di scegliere un percorso breve di cinque mini portate o uno più lungo con l'aggiunta di primo e dessert. Anche se il piacevole percorso dei piatti iniziali si conclude con una portata che per dimensioni è quasi un secondo, noi continuiamo ed apprezziamo molto la zuppetta di tubetti e frutti di mare. Tutto più che buono compreso il Vermentino consigliatoci. Alla fine due pranzi completi più una bottiglia di vino per centocinquanta euro. Consigliato.

08/02/2025: Posto carino nel borgo casamale. Ha una saletta interna piccola ma intima e abbastanza posti fuori da cui si vedere il bel murale Alma memoria di Bosoletti. Tra stufe e plaid è possibile sorseggiare buoni vini con tagliate di formaggi e salumi accompagnati da focacce di buona qualità.

12/11/2024: Non mi è piaciuto assolutamente nulla.A partire dal fatto che non c'è un menu e sei costretto a mangiare ciò che ti viene messo davanti praticamente.Crudi pessimi,antipasti abbondantissimi ma alcuni proprio immangiabili,ad esempio le alici fritte puzzavano.Questione primi:se non ti piace quello che stanno cucinando in quel momento,praticamente non hai scelta.O lo mangi o torni a casa digiuno. Abbiamo provato insistentemente a chiedere altro ma la proprietaria ci guardava con faccia sbigottita a qualsiasi richiesta (anche quella di un semplice piatto di spaghetti alle vongole).Mi chiedo perché trattare i clienti come stupidi e propinare cose veramente ai limiti del commestibile ,quando potrebbero cucinare la metà dei piatti,ma farlo più decentemente.

07/01/2025: Decidiamo di passare il giorno dell'epifania tutti insieme in famiglia alla casa a tre pizzi a Somma che per quanto mi riguarda me personalmente non ci ero mai stato. Bè che dire esperienza positivissima,locale molto carino e accogliente personale gentile e preparato,riguardo i piatti voto 10 su 10 veramente tutto buono di qualità e che dire piatti pure abbondanti! Buonissimo l'antipasto tutto a base di stoccafisso e nn solo...da provare visto che quì lo stoccafisso e baccala è la loro specialità. Come primi assaggiamo sia i paccheri e sia i ziti alla genovese di mare con stoccafisso....e che dire davvero ottimi!a seguire proviamo anche un pò di pasta e patate anche questa buonissima! Consiglio vivamente questo locale munito anche di ampio parcheggio ci ritornerò presto!

The setup was impeccable, with attention to the smallest details, creating an elegant and welcoming atmosphere. The food, refined and tasty, satisfied every palate, while the DJ was able to involve everyone with a perfect selection of music. The very competent speaker enlivened the evening with professionalism and friendliness, keeping the energy high at all times. The kids had a lot of fun and appreciated every single aspect of the organization. A big thank you for making this event so special!
