07/03/2026: This evening I tried a pizza with a significant name: "Bontà," with porchetta, baked potatoes, and porcini mushrooms. I must say that rarely has a name been so fitting. It's a rich pizza, generous with ingredients, yet surprisingly balanced: the flavorful and fragrant porchetta, the soft and enveloping baked potatoes, and the porcini mushrooms that add aroma and depth. Each element is recognizable and beautifully balanced. The dough is light, well-worked, and digestible, capable of supporting a substantial topping without sacrificing elegance. A huge compliment to Salvatore, who demonstrates not only technique but also attention and respect for pizza. His passion for this craft is clearly evident. When there's care, experience, and heart behind a pizza, the result is evident in every bite. Congratulations indeed.

07/03/2026: First time at this restaurant in Madonna dell'Arco. I must say it's a pleasant, well-decorated place. We had pizzas, one with escarole and one with pumpkin cream and crumbled sausage. Both were good, cooked just right and with a fairly light dough. Average price. Recommended. The parking lot in front is small, but since it was a Friday, we had room.

03/03/2026: An excellent tasting buffet experience for a private event. The menu specializes in stockfish and cod, offering dishes in all their variations. The key difference is that they are professionally cooked for crispiness, flavor, and preparation. The staff is efficient, fast, and friendly. Family-run. There is plenty of seating available around the restaurant. Highly recommended.

09/03/2026: We had lunch on March 8th with a reservation for two people, the Sunday menu offered. A modest appetizer of cured meats, a small house selection, two first courses (served on gourmet plates), a bottle of water, two grilled meats, and a bottle of wine, nothing expensive. Price: €140 Obviously, we won't return. The wait was long, and the food was completely out of proportion to the price. Definitely not recommended.
