Gourmet Experience: the perfect balance between technique and heart. ​A restaurant where the quality of the ingredients and the aesthetics of the dishes are taken to the highest levels. ​The dining room is meticulously maintained and managed with the utmost professionalism by the chef's wife: despite an initial aloofness, she has emerged as an excellent sommelier, capable of describing and explaining each dish with rare precision and expertise. ​The kitchen is dominated by her husband, a cheerful and sociable chef, who loves to come out to greet guests, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. For Easter, we've already ordered their Colomba cake and savory panettone: with such attention to detail, expectations are sky-high!

High quality food, very attentive and punctual service, fair price for the level offered.

Last night my fiancée and I dined at this restaurant and were particularly impressed. The atmosphere was very intimate, with just a few tables, and the service was impeccable. As soon as we arrived, we were offered a four-course welcome aperitif and a glass of sparkling wine. We then continued with a raw seafood appetizer (everything was very fresh and delicious) and two excellent first courses (spaghetti per la Campania and risotto with red shrimp). We ordered a bottle of Pinot Grigio and finished with a dessert made upon request, as we were celebrating our anniversary (they were very kind to accommodate my request). We highly recommend it, especially for a dinner as a couple!

It's always a sublime experience, the chef deserves a Michelin star.

We visited this inn a few Sundays ago by chance, and it was a wonderful discovery to have such a gem just a few kilometers from home. There were three of us, and as soon as we entered, we were struck by the deliberately old-fashioned ambiance and the warm atmosphere created by the music playing from a 1970s stereo with vinyl 33s by various artists. We were welcomed in a professional yet familiar manner. We felt pampered and cared for, and that was how our journey to discover the flavors of the area through the engagement of all our senses began. We found the tasting menus interesting. We chose the seafood one out of preference. It was a fantastic sensory experience: the aesthetic beauty of the dishes, crafted to the point of artistic perfection, was equaled by the aromas and flavors of the dishes we were served. Flavors were sometimes delicate, sometimes bold; each ingredient on the plate had its own unique flavor. Each course was carefully explained to us, and we found in the dishes the authenticity and simplicity of local products and traditional cuisine expertly presented in an innovative way. Big heart, great expertise, extensive research, lots of local produce, and excellent product quality. A highly recommended experience, definitely worth trying. We will definitely be back.
