To all those who use delivery services, treat your agents with respect and compensate them for their amazing service. Remember, you don't work for free and neither do they! Their income is tip based. To the owners and restaurant establishments, without the service of these delivery agents, your bottom line would be significantly less. Consider posting tips to your delivery agents up front so they can decline such ignorant customers. You'll see how quickly they start tipping or they will be forced to use the services of your global elite competitors where they will have to pay even higher fees. Alternatively, consider sharing in your profits for each order that you earn a portion of that was a tipless order. This will allow the entire team to share in the ignorance of such customers.
