16/08/2024: Mid-August all tired we arrived early in the evening and while waiting for the preparation they sent us to visit the farm, all super sweet animals but badly kept, the dogs needed care, dermatitis from wrong diet and fleas, not that they were put to death but some extra precaution. Excellent food and the waitress who served us was super friendly, the only flaw was that they made us a little nervous, I repeat, the food was all excellent though 1 water, 1 bottle of unlabelled homemade wine, 1 appetizer for two 1 potato 1 provola cheese 1 mixed grill for two 58 euros for the areas a bit expensive, but I repeat everything is good.

16/06/2024: Not so big but welcoming, friendly and very kind owners, excellent pizza, I'll gladly return and highly recommend it, not just pizza but roast chicken, homemade croquettes, chips, calzones and much more

09/06/2024: Last night I ordered some sandwiches. I'll start by saying that there was no secretary ready to answer calls to order, because I called 20 times from 3 different devices and he was always unavailable. When they finally answered me at 7.30pm the lady taking orders was not very organised. It took me 25 minutes to finish an order because she insisted and doubted my last name and also, even though I called at half past seven, the lady tells me that the sandwiches would be ready at 10pm. I am called several times around 10, they had forgotten my address, I understand one call, two, the third one seems excessive to me. Once we paid with precise coins/cards, after saying goodbye we turned around and the rider was very rude and looked at us badly, did he want a tip??? BAH!!. upon opening our sandwiches we realized that they were cold, they looked like sandwiches left out of the freezer since 15/18 and then grilled, cold and dry chips, the same goes for the hamburger, although I gave it a second chance because the last time I found an intimate hair (it was small black wavy and double obviously intimate) WHAT A SHAME! YOU CANNOT SERVE A SANDWICH LIKE THIS!, among other things my husband and I didn't even get full, because we had to throw away half the sandwiches since we couldn't continue eating them, I had to go to the dodeca and now I'll give it 10 stars since it's large and full of quality food unlike YOURS!!!!! Don't order from Na branded, it's not recommended with a little extra change go to other sandwich shops, have a nice evening! Ah no sorry I wanted to add that a particular staff is particularly exhausted

31/07/2024: Nice place with a quiet environment... I had a pacchero with wild boar ragù (good) and a fillet of meat with french fries all together with a glass of wine. Good value for money

The word “panuozzo” indicates a half dough, a hybrid between bread and pizza, crunchy and with a reduced quantity of crumbs. A small sandwich, with the utmost respect for its fragrance and goodness, is NOT A PANUOZZA. Stealing the emblem of a Mercedes and applying it to the bonnet of the Panda does not transform it into another car.

25/08/2024: I found a place so named for the panuozzo clearly lacking, it has remained as it was 20 years ago, The quality is no longer what it used to be, (a poor, very salty panuozzo looked more like a reheated piece of apparently) we pointed this out to the waiter and told us he would report back, but they didn't really take us into consideration, I think there is much better.

09/08/2024: Comitiva di 14 persone. Uno del gruppo provvede a fare una prenotazione e gli rispondono "siamo al completo". Dopo 30 minuti ci provo io "prenotazione confermata". Magari si dovrebbe cominciare ad organizzare meglio. Accoglienza assolutamente sgarbata e arrogante. Una parte della comitiva era già presente in loco con una persona anziana. Il resto della comitiva stava parcheggiando. Chiediamo di accomodarci soprattutto vista la presenza di una persona anziana. Ci viene risposto "quando sarete tutti presenti vi faccio accomodare...se la signora vuole sedersi ci sono le sedie fuori". E già questo mi avrebbe fatto venir voglia di andare via. Arrivano anche gli altri e finalmente ci fanno accomodare. Ordiniamo. Fritto misto scarso di quantità e pieno di olio. Pizza pessima: probabilmente non sanno neanche come è fatto l'impasto di una pizza. Il panuozzo invece era ottimo sopratutto quello con stracciata e limone e quello con porchetta e patate. Veramente ottimi. Dovrebbe togliere le pizze dal menu. Ma la nota ancora più dolente è che nel servire i panuozzi il ragazzo che ci stava servendo fa cadere un pezzo di panuozzo a terra facendo toccare i piatti che aveva in mano. Non si è scusato e non si è neanche preoccupato di risolvere la situazione. Alla fine nel conto il panuozzo lo abbiamo pagato per intero. Era un piccolo pezzo ma almeno a proporre di farlo rifare il panuozzo. Avremmo risposto tutti che poteva lasciar perdere e che sono incidente che possono capitare. Non do neanche la colpa ai camerieri che con un locale stracolmo e gente fuori che aspettava facevano del loro meglio. Potrebbe assumere altro personale. Alla fine della fiera, abbiamo dovuto chiedere a 4 persone diverse di farci pervenire il conto con un'attesa di 20 minuti. Sconsigliatissimo. Conviene farlo da asporto ma solo il panuozzo.

27/07/2024: Siamo arrivati verso le 2130 parcheggio pieno, abbiamo parcheggiato lungo la strada il locare era stracolmo abbiamo lasciato il nome ci hanno detto che saremo entrati dopo 20 minuti e così è stato. Una volta dentro abbiamo preso un po di fritti in attesa del panuozzo, aspettando pochissimo. Nonostante il locale fosse stracolmo fuori e dentro devo fare i complimenti a tutto il personale hanno gestito tutto come una grande orchestra con il sorriso e gentilezza abbiamo mangiato il panuozzo più buono di tutta gragnano una bella sorpresa

09/08/2024: I went here on a Tuesday evening with my parents. There were several tables occupied, including many diners, but despite this they were served in times that we consider correct. Three half panuozzi, a large glass of Coca-Cola and a large beer, cover charge for three people, total €35, a price which we thought was more than fair. The panuozzi are excellent, well filled and large enough to satisfy an adult, just half of them. The very kind staff, from the valet to the waiters, all available and always with a smile on their faces.
