04/04/2026: I tried the savory Colomba and it was delicious. It has a traditional flavor and, served at the table (or at a nice picnic), it's a treat for everyone. The hostess is very kind; I'd happily recommend it.

26/03/2026: A warm welcome from the owners. Dinner with friends. The fried calzone crocche and stuffed zucchini flowers were excellent. We then moved on to the delicious pizza. We tried the new Margherita and the pizza with yellow cherry tomatoes. Excellent value.

05/01/2026: Il Ruspantino, a historic rotisserie located just as you arrive in Gragnano, specializing in spit-roasted chicken, will surprise you with a fantastic pizza. In addition to the excellent panuozzo, we ate it with porchetta p.e.p. With really good cheddar sauce, and then also all the things like croquettes, arancini, etc., everything is delicious, made with local products. I fully recommend it. The only thing is that the place is a bit small, but it's still nice to huddle together 😉🍕

15/03/2026: A special Saturday dedicated to craftsmanship. A historical and gastronomic journey, first visiting the Pasta Factory Museum, discovering the ancient traditions that have made Gragnano pasta one of the best in the world. Then, we stopped at the restaurant and tasted excellent dishes prepared (naturally) with their products. A special thanks to Alfonso Cuomo, who carries on the family tradition with dedication and passion, and who accompanied us along the entire journey, helping us discover and become passionate about the world of Gragnano pasta.

What can I say? It's exceptional, one of the few panuozzi that can be called such.

08/03/2026: Everything was excellent, from the appetizer (a platter of cured meats and cheeses) to the gnocchi with tomato sauce, the pork ribs with French fries were delicious. Street parking was a bit difficult, and prices were average.

19/08/2025: The staff were helpful and friendly, but the wait was very long. I ordered margherita pizza, which arrived lightly topped, and the dough seemed stringy and dry. The panuozzo, on the other hand, was filled with porchetta, provola, and French fries: the whole thing had a very light, almost bland flavor. The porchetta was flavorless, and the provola was equally so.
