28/02/2026: Convenient parking. Great Panuozzo, excellent fried fish, and a pleasant Gragnano wine. Crowded.

22/02/2026: A humiliating and shameful experience. I'll start by saying that I've been a customer here since 1991, when I was 19, until last night, when I'm now 53. But I think the lady—a lady, so to speak—who runs the place and manages the business isn't very considerate of her customers. It went like this: After dinner, I gave my wife my credit card and told her, "You go pay, since the lady is at the register." The payment was processed. My wife returns to the table to grab her purse and coats, and we head for the exit. At that point, the owner, in front of the people queuing at the register, shouts at the waiters: "Did the kids pay the bill?" Even at 53, my wife, 50, and I, 53, such a confidence is unacceptable. A statement spoken out loud, as if we were trying to run away without paying. My wife had to respond indignantly to defend our dignity, reminding us that the bill had just been paid, and my wife again said, "How dare you? What manners are these? Who do you take people for? What manners are these?" My wife took the receipts from her bag and said, "Here they are..." The lady, always a figure of speech, "madam..." She "disappeared," saying, "Nothing happened, kisses bye, I hadn't seen the guy when you came to pay my bill." The guy would be me at 53. Then, again, the lady... turned to one of her waiters, wanting to scold him to save face for the embarrassment she had made, and said to the waiter: "I've told you so many times that you have to make notes, you can't make me make such fools of myself with customers..." Dear lady, I just want to remind you that I've been a customer of yours since I was a real boy of 19. Now that I'm 53, I've continued to come to you and bring you money directly from Naples. Yes, because my wife and I are from Naples, specifically the Fuorigrotta neighborhood (Maradona Stadium). And I'd like to remind you that a restaurant doesn't thrive on food alone, but on good manners and respect for those who bring in money. Questioning a customer's honesty in front of everyone is a very serious offense. If there's disorganization at the cash register, you don't pass the embarrassment on to the customers. We'll never return. And if you have any courtesy, please apologize. I've attached photos of the POS payment.

16/10/2025: SCANDALOUS This restaurant is a HUGE tourist trap. No pasta dish is offered for less than €13, most are €15. €2.50 for a plate. €2.50 for a 75cl bottle of water. No menu posted at the entrance to the restaurant. But above all, the WORST thing is that the portions are ridiculously small. You'll be hungry by the end of the meal. A special mention for the pennone with ricotta. There are LITERALLY 3 pasta dishes on the plate. No goodwill gestures were offered when we pointed this out. You're a disgrace to your village of Gragnano, where the pasta is so good. Times are tough, but stop treating people like 6-week-old rabbits.

08/03/2026: Everything was excellent, from the appetizer (a platter of cured meats and cheeses) to the gnocchi with tomato sauce, the pork ribs with French fries were delicious. Street parking was a bit difficult, and prices were average.

24/09/2025: The guided tour of the production facility was very interesting; the woman who accompanied us was very kind. We even purchased some of their pasta at the end of the tour... we recommend a visit if you're in the area!

19/07/2025: Fantastic welcome for a pleasant tour with my fifth grade classes. Kindness, professionalism and competence in the stories of a past rich in anecdotes and traditions, stories of a future where technology does not erase but enriches the ancient manufacturing processes of a product that is a true excellence of our territory.

19/08/2025: The staff were helpful and friendly, but the wait was very long. I ordered margherita pizza, which arrived lightly topped, and the dough seemed stringy and dry. The panuozzo, on the other hand, was filled with porchetta, provola, and French fries: the whole thing had a very light, almost bland flavor. The porchetta was flavorless, and the provola was equally so.
