02/10/2023: This may be the best restaurant I’ve ever been to. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so incredibly friendly and warm and welcoming. I love the philosophy of this restaurant, where the chef chooses the preparation based on the fish and what feels best that day. You can taste the passion and care in every bite. We had the fisherman’s voice, ravioli stuffed with ischian rabbit stew, and the sea urchin linguine. We also had some local wine that the wonderful sommelier paired for us. Every thing was incredible, and I’m shocked this place is so under the radar! Michelin guide are you listening….

13/12/2023: It has every appearance of being a place lost in times gone by, and so it is!
Homemade dishes of great taste, a wonderful welcome, a homely atmosphere. At the end of the meal you would ask for a blanket and a sofa for an afternoon nap, in front of an extraordinary landscape. An autumn cuddle on the Neapolitan island. I, La forastera, felt at home.
P.s. It is also a place inhabited by gluttonous cats and for me and my partner they were great company

01/12/2023: I love rustic, slightly hidden environments, where you can breathe an air of times gone by and feel at home. This place is exactly like that! Also open in winter, featuring simple and tasty cuisine, typical of the island's tradition. It is a place where you don't feel like a tourist but part of another dimension, more sincere and less muffled. Abundant portions, appetizer and bitters offered and some curious cats complete the picture of this little journey within a journey. If I had to choose, I would gladly leave many of those similarly elegant restaurants behind to enjoy a nice dish of Ischia-style rabbit and a chat with Stanislao, to really feel the pulse of the island, at least once during my stay! If I return to Ischia, I will come back here!

02/03/2024: We have been here twice and both experiences were incredible. Vito and Mario have one of the best restaurants on the entire island. The food is so delicious and the hospitals from Vito is simply unmatched. We look forward to coming here to eat every summer. Grazie Vito. See you in July…gnocchi gnocchi!

01/01/2024: Pessima esperienza,abbiamo ordinato il buffet per il compleanno di mio figlio...e le pizze erano completamente crude,tanto da costringerci a mettere le teglie nuovamente nel forno, lasciando gli ospiti delusi.
Abbiamo ricontattato la pizzeria per chiedere spiegazioni e invece delle scuse abbiamo ricevuto una risposta sarcastica e poco educata.
Mai più.
03/12/2023: Very good pizza and best Neapolitan street food experience in town. They have always fresh products made at moment, light dough pizza made with a good choice of local products. The place is very small but is worth it.

01/04/2024: Siamo venuti molto spesso da Luca io e il mio fidanzato e i suoi piatti non ci hanno mai deluso, anzi, ci hanno sempre stupito di più IN POSITIVO! 🤩 Tutto buonissimo, location incantevole e staff eccezionale e molto gentile! 🥰 Si sentivano tutti gli ingredienti alla perfezione!
Se venite e se è disponibile consigliamo di provare la pizza con il coniglio all'ischitana! 😋
Torneremo sicuramente ancora!

23/03/2024: This is a fantastic restaurant. The food is wonderful, the staff very friendly and helpful and the atmosphere is lively as all the locals eat here. The prices are also very reasonable. The Gorgonzola and caramelized onion pizza was to die for.

18/11/2023: a bit remote between Milan and Bergamo - a hotel for workers, we were there when we set up a new branch
Small drawback: the street is very busy from around 4 a.m. and anyone who is a light sleeper will notice it a lot
Rooms were equipped with a normal bed, double bed or two beds
I had a two-bed room myself - with a bedside cabinet, shoe rack, wardrobe, TV and a large bathroom
Both floors can be reached via the stairwell or the elevator
In the evening there was primo & secondo, each with four meal options, plus water, tea and wine
For breakfast, yogurt, croissants, jam, various cookies - plus cappuccino, tea, coffee
The hotel team was super friendly and helpful - even if the owner of the house sometimes came across as grumpy
The treasure of the house is Lola, the always friendly and loving dog lady
11/10/2023: We chose this structure to stay for one night, as the next day we had to go to the fair in Bergamo which is about 30 km away from there. Strategic position along an important communication route, suitable for those who are traveling and passing through those parts with the need to stop and sleep without paying absurd sums.
Clean, tidy and well managed hotel.
The restaurant was closed for that evening but the manager was able to show us an excellent alternative nearby.

30/10/2023: Io e mia moglie Chiara ci siamo sposati in questo splendido ristorante il 30 settembre scorso, a cena. Lo chef e proprietario Gianfranco, suo figlio Francesco, il maitre Enzo e tutto lo staff ci hanno accolto, seguito e rassicurato durante la preparazione dell'evento e hanno mantenuto tutte le promesse il giorno delle nozze. I nostri ospiti sono rimasti estasiati dalla bellezza del posto, dall'eleganza della location e dalla bontà dei piatti. Un giorno davvero da ricordare.
23/10/2023: La Location è romantica e suggestiva; i piatti raffinati e di qualità eccellente. L’ atmosfera è unica ed ogni cosa è curata nel minimo dettaglio.
Lo staff è davvero gentile e attento.
Un sogno, impossibile non ritornarci.
