The service is fast, the waiters are friendly, everything was impeccable, we loved it and will gladly return. A special shout out to Gianni, who is the nicest waiter we've ever met.

28/05/2026: In the heart of town, a comfortable and welcoming hotel with friendly and helpful staff and large rooms with air conditioning. There's also a bar on the ground floor with reasonable prices. Fresh breakfast with a wide selection.

01/05/2026: The music was blaring from the bar downstairs. I called after midnight to ask them to turn it down. They turned it down for one song, then turned it up again. The music was turned off at 10:00 AM. Zero respect.

11/08/2026: Unfortunately there isn't much to say, there isn't a choice of beers, which by the way were served to me warm😅, instead the crocche' was cold 🙄, finally the pizza had a sour taste 😒... these people are not in the profession at all!!

15/04/2026: I attended my father's 60th birthday party, which was a surprise, and I can say I chose a great place. The owner, Genny, was truly kind and, above all, helpful in organizing the party. He also offered menu variations based on the type of party I wanted. The first and second courses were very good, but even though I haven't tried it yet, the pizza is said to be even better. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

19/07/2026: We happened upon this place by chance, ordered a croissant, two pancakes, and a crepe. The total cost was €18. The price isn't questioned, but the quality is extremely poor. The croissant was incredibly hard, and two pancakes looked like the ones in a bag that were supposed to be white Kinder Bueno, but were simply filled with Nutella and crumbled Kinder Bueno. A crepe was a strange color, stuck in your throat, and was too chewy. What can I say? We paid a fortune for four products of a quality that couldn't even be found in the worst croissant shops in Italy. I've been to many, but this one disappointed me terribly. Don't go there!

06/03/2026: I had a very pleasant stay at the Masaniello Hotel in Naples. The hotel is very nice and well maintained, and the overall service was excellent. Its location close to the airport is very convenient, especially if you are staying for just one night or making a short stop before or after a flight from Naples Airport. However, there are several event venues nearby, so there can occasionally be events happening on both sides of the hotel. There is no traditional breakfast room, as breakfast is served directly in the room. That did not bother me at all—in fact, the breakfast was very generous and absolutely excellent. I would also like to highlight the young lady at the reception. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and attentive, providing truly great service. Overall, it is a very nice hotel with excellent service. I would definitely recommend it for a short stopover when arriving at or departing from Naples Airport.
