Tuesday evening, 9:00 PM, Casoria. To my surprise, the pizzeria was super busy. We had to wait a few minutes to get in, but they were very quick anyway. The place is very elegant and sophisticated. The pizzas are well-cooked, and perhaps it's one of the few times I've found it truly reasonable to call a pizzeria "gourmet." I had both the "Zucca stregata" pizza and their "Boscaiola." I wasn't disappointed at all. The appetizers (frittatine) were less appealing to my palate. I found the classic one not very creamy, while the "special" (aglio e olio) was superior—perhaps a little too garlicky, not very spicy, but interesting. Overall, I was very satisfied: I would gladly return for the pizza menu, especially to try the other "innovations." I was less enthusiastic about the appetizers.

I'm only giving it 4 stars because I only had the Margherita and the fries, both of which were excellent. So, next time I taste it, I'm sure I can give it a final star.

I recommend making a reservation. The pizza is spectacular, the dough is very light, and there's a wide selection of pizza flavors: classic, innovative, and crunchy. The ingredients are top-quality.

I found it by chance and decided to eat a pizza. Very nice atmosphere, friendly waiters and fast service. I confess that I'm not a pizza fan but this one surprised me. Very good and tasty. The dough is very digestible.

We're regulars and it's always a pleasure to return. The pizza is truly delicious, with a light dough made with top-quality ingredients and well-balanced flavors. The service was incredibly fast despite the restaurant being packed: we were served within minutes. When it came time to get the bill, the staff was incredibly kind and attentive, asking if everything was okay and even offering us a complimentary liqueur and coffee. These are small touches that truly make a difference.

I was in the area during the week at lunchtime and decided to stop at Diametro 3.0 on the recommendation of some friends. The experience was truly positive: excellent pizza and a very nice place. I would gladly return!
