07/02/2025: My partner came to pick up some stuff on February 5th at this pastry shop. Let me start by saying that when we placed the order, there was a rude and rude girl with glasses who addressed us in a rude way. This already made me so nervous! I am an extremely polite and polite person: respect goes with respect, education with education; with the rude you need the mischievous! The only positive note is that they allowed us to collect the goods in the laboratory, given that for work reasons we had to collect them before opening. The rustici were stale and of very poor quality. The pizzas that we asked to have mixed, despite paying more, were only margheritas. The vol-au-vents, or whatever you call them, were dry and with very little filling. I repeat that the quality was terrible and, with all decency, it seemed like stale and not fresh stuff! Very disappointed, I don't recommend it to anyone! Ps: If you serve poor quality, at least have the decency that the staff inside must be polite, not rude, snooty and polite! Take a bath of humility!

07/02/2025: La mia compagna è venuta a ritirare della roba il 5 febbraio presso questa pasticceria. Premetto che, quando facemmo l'ordinazione, c'era una ragazza con gli occhiali scostumata e sgarbata, che si rivolse a noi in modo maleducato. Già questo mi innervosì tantissimo! Sono una persona estremamente educata e a modo: rispetto va con rispetto, educazione con educazione; con il maleducato ci vuole lo screanzato! L'unica nota positiva è che ci permisero di ritirare la merce in laboratorio, dato che per motivi lavorativi dovevamo ritirarla prima dell'apertura. I rustici erano stantii e di pessima qualità. Le pizzettine che chiedemmo di fare un misto, pur pagando di più, erano solo margherite. I vol-au-vent, oppure come li chiamate voi, erano secchi e con pochissima farcitura. Ribadisco che la qualità era pessima e, con tutta decenza, sembrava roba stantia e non fresca! Delusissimo, non la consiglio a nessuno! PESSIMO! Personale cafone e sgobudico!

We have some delicious land appetizers to say the least, Naples salami, ricotta, beans, boiled potatoes with salad, aubergines parmigiana, meatballs with caciotta sauce and spicy salami... Excellent quality accompanied by an excellent red wine Coke and water.... Impeccable service, the girl who was at our table had impeccable professionalism and punctuality. Comfortable, quiet, comfortable and welcoming environments, not huge but very roomy and comfortable. Highly recommended. And for me we will certainly do many evenings again. The only flaw I would like to underline, with the aim of perhaps improving, is that it is not consistent with the advertising that spreads on the Tio tok social network... And it is that it is not a chopping board per person, but rather a divided chopping board... In the advertisement he emphasizes several times that the offer is all for €15 per person... While once there... My experience for example was 6 people and he brought 2 cutting boards to divide into three.... And not 6 cutting boards as he specified..... But this is just a small flaw for the rest ... As said before, I recommend it very much

05/02/2025: we ordered from this place because we saw it on tik tok and even when called it told me quality products like porchetta di ariccia when it arrived home this panuozzo was totally burnt with low quality ingredients and inside it was completely empty SCANDALOUS place and it gives nothing of what it shows or says in the call then if you try to write a bad review on social media it will delete them if you don't want bad reviews or criticisms learn to do your job properly!
