Elegant and refined environment, top quality and perfectly presented food, staff always available and ready to meet every request. Truly satisfied, special thanks go to Mrs. Elisabetta and Umberto who advised us in such a way as to guarantee the perfect success of the event.
22/07/2024: Enchanted place. Everything is taken care of down to the smallest detail. From the civil ceremony on site, to the service, to the food, to the desserts, to the wine, to the decorations. The guests do nothing but tell us that everything was perfect, that they didn't notice even a little thing wrong. It was wonderful to celebrate our wedding at this property. My opinion as a Google local guide is: excellent from every point of view. Compliments

05/08/2024: We were there on Saturday for lunch. I had read somewhere that they made an excellent Genoese. Unfortunately no Genoese, but, to make up for it, they pampered and delighted us with dishes with unique and exceptional flavours: linguine with garlic, oil and cod; homemade ravioli, filled with salmon, with cherry tomatoes and raw prawns; sea ​​Salad; fried prawns and calamari. They offered us a montanara, supported by a velvety soup, I don't remember what, but very tasty, and the bitters. Prices in line with the quality. I advise....
21/07/2024: The unparalleled Campania hospitality here is accompanied by traditional dishes, with attention to presentation and, above all, the quality of the raw materials. REAL bread, which tastes good and homely. A polite entree, while waiting for the starter, will make you understand what you will taste. Value for money: Excellent.

02/08/2024: I arrived on Tuesday, when the place should be closed, but it remained open for an event. This exceptional opening caused the lack of many dishes on the menu, including some that I would have liked to order. To apologize for this the owner gave me larger portions of the dishes they had, which although not what I originally wanted were still very good, he made me pay €30 instead of €35 and he also offered me a free glass of limoncello.
28/07/2024: Locanda De Foris is a well-made, nice and welcoming restaurant in the historic center. We were welcomed at the table with an entrée and a local sparkling wine, both excellent. Pietro is an attentive and visionary host, his cuisine is refined, I think he prefers combinations with fruit and different textures, the raw materials are good, interesting the dishes and the wine list, kind and polite staff. The coffee mocha brought to the table at the end of the meal is priceless and excellently made, together with excellent desserts, with a mix of territory and innovation. Fair prices, no-frills place... highly recommended.

25/08/2024: Wonderful food, wonderful service, wonderful people. As an American traveler who speaks just a bit of Italian, it was nice to hear that one of the owners visits relatives in Baltimore every year and makes a stop in Atlantic City. I highly recommend this restaurant. My grandmother was Italian and a wonderful cook, and this food surpassed what she did (sorry, nonna).
18/08/2024: Che bontà! Cercavamo un posto per prenderci una pausa dall'autostrada e dal traffico, un luogo che profumasse di accoglienza e di cibo genuino, e direi che ci è andata proprio bene! Deliziose la scamorza arrosto con prosciutto e le bruschette, golosissimi gli gnocchi alla Nando, indescrivibile la bontà del maialino nero alla brace, cotto alla perfezione! E le verdure erano freschissime! Ci vogliamo tornare, perché il menù offre ancora tante alternative invitanti...alla prossima!

25/02/2024: Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in coppia con bambina di 14 mesi cenando due volte al ristorante. Servizio pre-accoglienza Ottimo, siamo stati contattati tramite whatsapp e c'è stata subito ottima comunicazione.Siamo stati costretti a spostare la prenotazione e si sono messi a disposizione con estrema cortesia. Celiachia L'avevamo segnalata e l'attenzione mostrata è stata all'altezza delle aspettative anche rispetto ai prodotti eccellenti sia durante la colazione che a cena utilizzando il top sul mercato Location Molto bella e ben curata carino il percorso con gli animali come anche il biolago ed il paesaggio Camere Belle e spaziose ottimo il servizio accoglienza minibar e le pulizie. Disagevole il piano alto considerando le scale esterne non coperte e la necessità del passeggino.Con la pioggia non è stato il massimo ma con bel tempo....tutta un'altra storia. Colazione Ottima, servizio eccellente ed accogliente.Nn c'è o servizio in camera purtroppo, lo avremmo apprezzato ed a mio avviso sarebbe d'uopo. Ristorante Bello, ben curato, tavoli spaziosi e distanti l'uno dall'altro ottimo il servizio al tavolo dei due addetti in sala estremamente educati,cordiali e professionali. Piatti mediamente buoni e ben presentati e buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Ottimo il vino e l'olio. Concludendo Da tornarci sperando in qualche piccola miglioria coerente con la bellezza e l'amore che traspare nella gestione del posto
18/02/2024: Pranzo domenicale di coppia in una splendida giornata di Febbraio. Prima di sederci a tavola optiamo per un aperitivo nel portico, assaggiamo un prodotto dell'azienda, una bollicina dal sentore acido e rinfrescante. Ci accomodiamo a tavola , locale curato ed arredato con gusto. Ci viene servito un benvenuto dello chef (Lonza di maiale con maionese senapata) molto apprezzato. Proseguiamo con tagliere di salumi selezione del territorio , tutti buoni e di livello , spicca su tutti ( a mio parere) la pancetta e il crudo. Passiamo ai primi ravioli di faraona e gnocchetti con blu di bufala, mela annurca e verza , primi intriganti , ben pensati e dal gusto coinvolgente...insomma li abbiamo apprezzati molto. I secondi proseguono l'ottimo pasto , vitello (morbidissimo , manco fosse burro) e agnello davvero squisito (soprattutto la salsa ridotta che accompagnava il tutto). Tutto il pasto è stato accompagnato dal loro vino Zagreo (particolare! Sentori di frutta a pasta gialla , macerato in anfora... una perla!) Terminiamo con due dolci un Bonet e uno zabaglione davvero notevoli affiancato da un passito di alto livello. Menzione speciale per il direttore , persona squisita , disponibile e soprattutto competente . Ha saputo consigliarci un maniera impeccabile! Abbiamo speso in totale 145 € in due (ci hanno offerto l'aperitivo). Li vale tutti ! Ci ritorneremo sicuramente e non nascondo che potrebbe diventare tappa fissa. A presto!

Pizzeria La Taverna dei Mille

12/08/2024: It wasn't the first time I came to this rather basic pizzeria but with reasonably good pizzas. Tonight, however, I had to change my mind on more than one topic. I went with my nephew and a friend: she took a Napoli I think it's called (tomato, garlic and oregano) and a 04 of beer; I took the same plus a grilled scamorza; my nephew, a 04 of beer and a Pistachio pizza. To finish I asked for a bottle of gas water and 3 limoncellos. Well the Pistachio pizza only had the color (it was a sort of green pesto) but this does not mean that other than that the pizza was well garnished. ok The two pizzas with tomato seemed more like stripes than Napoli pizzas or any other name. pizzas. I point this out, I was asked if I wanted it to be made again (of course not, we had already eaten it) The grilled scamorza which was the first to arrive was good but it already gave a warning of the evening because as it was grilled it had to go well and instead it didn't. I gave half a slice to my nephew who calmly took it with his fingers and ate it on bread. The best part was yet to come though. The water and limoncello have arrived: hot water (drunk for thirst) hot limoncello in hot glasses. Since we spilled one due to our mistake, we call the girl and on that occasion we also complain about the bad presentation of the limoncello. The owner arrives saying that the limoncello was cold and that the glasses were not dishwasher safe; I correct that the limoncello was at room temperature. I would like to say to this lady: "Have you ever had a limoncello in a place that wasn't yours? Furthermore, I didn't even mention the dishwasher. Perfect! A little disappointed with the evening since it was I who suggested this pizzeria we go to pay and rightly my nephew and I who had taken more pay separately from my friend. So bill number 1: 2 medium beers, grilled scamorza, pizza napoli, Pistachio pizza and 1 bottle of water plus place settings. When making the bill number 2: Naples pizza, medium beer and limoncello, the owner also adds the other two so she asks me: "1 pizza, 1 beer and 3 limoncellos?" Me: "3 limoncelliii? Have you perhaps forgotten that I sent you 2 back a little while ago?" Exchanging a look with the girl: "ok, you only charge for what they drank!" I... stunned! Never anywhere like this. I'm sorry I didn't take photos to demonstrate what I said but as far as limoncello is concerned it's there and from this it's possible to deduce the rest too.

16/07/2024: Siamo finiti per caso a pranzo in questo ristorante non distante dall’uscita Capua dell’A1. (Eravamo di passaggio verso nord). Ci hanno colpito la disponibilità e la dedizione dei camerieri e dello chef gestore. Accoglienza e cibo di livello con materie prime scelte. Un’oasi in una campagna assolata e deserta nel weekend di luglio. Prezzo conveniente. Torneremo!
