23/06/2024: Without words… I send an email with a reservation request and no one responds, I contact them by phone and they reply after two days who arrogantly and completely rudely tell me: if we don't respond to the emails because there is no availability... And would this be the service offered by a resort that they praise so much? Courtesy and professionalism is 0!

22/06/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante di sabato sera, avevamo prenotato la mattina, appena arrivati ci hanno dato i menu e 1 bottiglia d’acqua, fin qui tutto bene. Abbiamo ordinato 2 pizze e qualche zeppolina per il nostro bambino di 3 anni, dopo 45 minuti e dopo aver cercato di attirare l’attenzione a diversi camerieri ed anche alla persona che era alla cassa, siamo stati ignorati, siamo andati via. Non siamo stati serviti, siamo stati ignoranti e nel frattempo tavoli arrivati dopo di noi stavano allegramente pasteggiando. Non lo consiglio a nessuno, anche perché quando abbiamo detto che andavamo via, non c’è stata nessuna reazione per cercare di capire cosa fosse successo. L’indifferenza avuta dall’inizio si è protratta fino a quando siamo andati via. Non ci metteremo più piede.

10/07/2024: the food is very good, the prices are accessible as is the quality, a lot of variety of pizzas, piadinas and fried foods, the location is very beautiful aesthetically and the place is very clean, basically the value for money and location are excellent
