31/01/2025: All duck based, good food, plentiful. Small but welcoming, the owner makes sure you eat otherwise he'll make you cook something else 😁😁. We had a very good time.

Abundant and more than sufficient starters, with excellent quality.
I recommend the polenta with bacon and broccoli and the stuffed baked potato.
Two first courses with excellent wild boar sauce. Beautiful country cuisine like your grandmother made it.

He is a very nice character and his daughter is also very courteous and kind.
We'll be back.

08/12/2024: Ci siamo capitati per sbaglio, solo perché tutti i ristoranti in zona erano pieni e questo é stato l’unico mezzo vuoto che ci ha accolti, quando sono arrivate le pietanze, pizza compresa, abbiamo capito perché aveva ancora posti liberi.
Cibo sotto la mediocrità e prezzi non rapportati, andate altrove, cambiate paese, fatevi un panino ma non fermatevi qui.

We came across this very welcoming place with friendly staff and a satisfying set menu with excellent wine included in the price. Highly recommended and a special greeting to the 'vegetarian' lady who took care of it with so much patience and professionalism

14/08/2024: It was the first time we went to visit old Apice and we wanted to stop and eat so we politely asked if there was availability... the answer was the waiter wasn't there so we had to wait a moment! Ok, precise, it was 8.15pm so dinner time but not opening time, anyway we wait with three children outside but then after 20 minutes a boy arrives and tells us that he wasn't ready yet and so it took another half hour. But I say if a restaurant has to wait for the waiter to be ready and with this even almost an hour I'm sorry but I don't wait and I certainly don't even try to ask for anything anymore. Having said that, I'm sorry that I wasn't able to evaluate anything other than the terrible service.
