20/10/2024: I ordered a chocolate cake. When placing the order, the sales assistant takes clear notes according to my request: Cake like the photo I took, no liqueur in the syrup or in the cream. Required weight 1.5 kg Agreed price €30 This morning I'm going to collect... The sales assistant tells me that the cake had a problem... the topping is not there... (I had requested topping with Ferrero chocolates, Kinder Bueno, Ferrero Rosche, Kinder bars). He tells me the lab made a mistake. Meanwhile, the other sales assistant agrees to go and buy chocolates at the bar next door to solve the problem. He comes back from the bar, garnishes the cake, I go to pay He asks me €49 because I have to pay for the toppings and chocolates purchased at the bar. Obviously I would like to point out that the estimate already with seal was €30. However, so as not to make any further fuss, I'll keep quiet and withdraw. The sales assistant wanted to give me the cake in an open box that I couldn't carry in the car. I ask you to seal it. In an inappropriate manner, he places a sheet of paper on top, leaving the cake uncovered. Very annoyed by this, I keep quiet, take the cake and leave. I arrive for lunch with my guests and as I take the cake I get a smell of liqueur syrup. ABSURD!!! Result: Disservice and incompetence. I will never go there again nor will I recommend my friends to go there.

12/08/2023: Struttura bella e ben tenuta, inoltre cibo ottimo, prezzi modici e squisita gentilezza della proprietaria Marialuisa. Consiglio vivamente a tutti di andarci.
