02/05/2026: The Antechamber of Hell. ​If you're looking for a mystical experience that will test your patience, your dignity, and your stomach, this is the place for you. For everyone else: run while you can. ​We visited this place on a holiday, and it was like participating in a social experiment gone wrong. The place was packed, there was an event going on, and—drum roll—no less than two or three waiters on the loose. To call it "terrible service" would be a compliment; it was more like a fight for survival, with the customer being the management's last concern. ​We had the privilege of staring into space for 50 minutes before anyone even bothered to take our order. But the real highlight came later: another 50-minute wait for pizzas that, judging by the results, must have been subjected to arson before reaching our table. One of the pizzas was completely charred, an inedible disk of charcoal. I wonder how they can serve such a product at the table. The outdoor dining area offered a post-apocalyptic panorama. Instead of a welcoming atmosphere, we dined overlooking a pile of dirty utensils wildly piled by a waiter on a table right in front of ours. It was practically a landfill of used plates and all manner of food scraps just inches from our noses. A lesson in hygiene and decorum we won't soon forget. ​The final blow was the bill. ​After eating late, poorly, and surrounded by filth, you'd expect at least an apology or a discounted price. But no, the owner completely ignored us, presenting us with an exaggerated bill, completely out of touch with reality (a 33cl Becks beer cost €5) and the (nonexistent) quality of the service provided. ​In short: A huge disappointment across the board. Paying handsomely to be ignored and then served burnt food in the middle of a mess is unacceptable. Highly discouraged.

23/09/2025: Definitely a return visit! Everything was excellent, from the location, to the service, to the bathrooms (spotlessly clean), to the food, which was truly exquisite! The traditional flavors, almost all locally sourced, enhanced by superb cuisine.

18/09/2025: The "U Principe" risotto is delicious, prepared with fresh, quality ingredients, and the homemade desserts are a true delight. Such kindness and professionalism.
