22/09/2024: A pleasant and comfortable atmosphere. We stopped for lunch and were hosted by Cecilia, alias Lucrezia and her daughter Rafeal. The food was absolutely delicious. Don't miss this place in Diamante. If you don't eat here, you're missing out.
18/09/2024: The food is excellent, the portions are right even generous, the lady is always available and welcoming... the location is typical of a seaside restaurant, nice environment, I will definitely return.

18/07/2024: Unforgettable holiday
It was a magnificent experience starting from the reservation made by telephone with the director Pandolfi, who was very available to accommodate any of our requests. We were greeted by the very friendly and professional receptionist Loredana. A special thanks to the staff composed of the maître Franco (unique and inimitable) always smiling, as well as all the waiters (Giovanni, Leonardo, Anna and Greta) who have always proven to be very professional and humble despite their young age. A special mention to the bartenders Paolo and Luigi and the lifeguard Gianbattista who, in addition to having done their job excellently, kept us entertained all week with their kindness. Paolo in particular proved to be very knowledgeable and attentive to the cleaning and management of the bar, carrying out his task perfectly. The shuttle service was also very efficient, managed very carefully by Mr. Vincenzo, a kind-hearted and very helpful person.
The structure is very well looked after and maintained daily by Andrea.
The entertainment led by Giacomo made the evenings and entertainment on the beach very pleasant, making us laugh out loud. Carola from the entertainment staff also proved to be an extremely sweet and sensitive girl, especially towards children. Exceptional cuisine that delighted us throughout our stay, directed by the excellent chef, as well as one of the owners. Last but not least mention goes to the extreme humility and courtesy of the owners Battista, Ombretta and their children, all tireless workers. The Calabrian evening and the excursion to Diamante were spectacular.
We will return without a doubt, hoping we haven't forgotten anyone.

15/08/2024: Sergio is truly a fantastic person. He puts his guests at ease by satisfying all their requests. We stayed in his establishment for 15 days and I must say that we had a great time. I used the beach, with authorization obviously, for my night shots of the Milky Way (see photo!) and I had a great time. Absolute tranquility, cleanliness and courtesy. Bar equipped with the possibility of lunch and dinner. Super honest prices in this summer 2023 with prices skyrocketing. Advised!!!

09/09/2024: Ci siamo fermati di passaggio in questo ristorante durante un viaggio di lavoro.
È stata una bella scoperta con un menù a base di pesce secondo la disponibilità del giorno.
Il menù non è molto vasto , ma i piatti che sono prettamente di pesce freschissimo sono cucinati benissimo esaltando al massimo i sapori.
Un plauso va ai ragazzi di sala simpatici e professionali che ci hanno accolto facendoci sentire a casa.

20/08/2024: I booked in July for the Geolier concert on August 18th 2024, Mr. Antonio, owner of the structure, was very kind straight away and communicated to us various availability of rooms for our needs.
Exceptional hotel with a fantastic view, close to the sea and I want to underline the obsessive cleanliness every day we stayed.
The staff throughout the facility are super helpful and always with a smile.
Strategic position to reach Diamante.
We will definitely return for a next occasion.

15/11/2024: Had the most wonderful lunch. It was quiet and the owners sat next to us. They make everything from scratch with their homegrown/ home raised produce. The rabbit dish was best I’ve had ever. The simple fruit desert of homegrown oranges etc so good.
14/10/2024: We were three couples on motorbikes and we found this welcoming little place by chance, we ate some appetizers (recommended by the owner) of both cold cuts and delicious mushrooms, and a good first course with excellent mushrooms, found by the husband, who certainly has a driving licence. The rest, service and welcome all ok. Don't hesitate to stop if you're passing through👌

16/12/2024: Had dinner for two on the recommendation of local relatives who recommended it to me. In fact, I recommend it: a little serious but adequate service, a clean place and furnished in a pleasantly sober style. Upon entering the spaces seem very small, however the place is quite large, with two large internal rooms. The individual spaces are more than acceptable: the tables are spaced out and of adequate size.
My colleague ate fish, I ate meat. She found everything excellent, and in particular the fried foods, done to perfection, without the slightest taste of burnt oil. I, on the other hand, am so-so: sufficient, but nothing more. In particular, the scallops with porcini mushrooms tasted of little: zero character and little mushroom flavour. The house dessert was poor and, given the upcoming holidays, consisted of the traditional chinoli with fig honey. The intention is excellent, but the result is not.
However, I appreciated both the wine list, with an adequate choice at reasonable prices (although excessively concentrated on the Spatafora labels), and the excellent rosé recommended to us by the waiter.
Overall, however, it is a place that I recommend, with adequate prices.
13/11/2024: Quiet and family restaurant. Always open in summer and winter.
You can taste Calabrian cuisine and savor simple dishes, the pizza is not like the Neapolitan one but edible. Cute

30/08/2024: A place set up with taste and attention to the essentials: in the indoor room, surrounded by discreet windows, as on the dune overlooking the entire beach, the protagonist must be the sea, perhaps with the last reflection of an enchanting sunset.
And the sea, with its tastiest fruits, also captures the scene on the table, unchallenged: the menu does not offer such a varied choice, perhaps also to avoid overloading the already somewhat long cooking times, but the wait will be amply rewarded : delicious tuna meatballs on parmesan fondue and cuttlefish julienne inaugurate the scene and then leave it to a tonnarello with cherry tomatoes and (half) lobster and a delicious, very delicate spaghettone with scampi tartare, followed by an excellent roasted octopus tentacle on buffalo stracciata and fried potatoes finely cut into slices; all accompanied by a Calafuria di Tormaresca, an Apulian rosé chosen from the expertly stocked wine list. And if in the local restaurants the citron sorbet is in fact an almost obligatory choice, the pomegranate sorbet is an equally pleasant, tasty surprise at the end of the meal.
The service is discreet and punctual; medium-high costs, but absolutely adequate for the experience offered; The menu lacks a tasting of the starters, not present on the menu (at least on the evening of our visit), which would undoubtedly have constituted an added value to the more than pleasant dinner at the Paluà restaurant, on the seashore of Diamante

Quest’anno abbiamo provato i paccheri con ricciola, crosta di pane al pepe rosso e olive taggiasche, davvero ottimi!
Gli antipasti sempre squisiti e ogni anno troviamo sempre nuove proposte.
Grazie allo Chef Luca e al suo Staff, sicuramente ci rivedremo prima della partenza.

Dove trovi (ormai di questi tempi) il menù fatto con tutto quello che trovi in giornata?
Bhe qui di prestabilito da una carta non c’è!!!!!
Accoglienza divina con un impeccabile gentilezza e signorilità che porta un’eleganza anche senza cravatta!
Coccolati dal sig Luigi che ci ha accompagnato a una degustazione di prodotti casalinghi dai sapori antichi e sublimi!!!!
Veramente tutto ottimo di prima qualità dall’accoglienza al conto

06/09/2024: Su cosnsiglio di altri vacanzieri che erano gia stati li,andiamo insieme a loro in questo ristorante sulle colline tra cirella e diamante.Iniziamo con una serie di antipasti che non finivano mai: Fagioli, peperoni con patate,zucchine, tagliere di salumi e formaggi,zucca grigliata etc.

I primi abbondantissimi .Per eccellenza il top è la pasta con il famoso ragù di capra,dove si può dire che sia piu la carne che la pasta! Dopo il primo eravamo sazi e abbiamo preso frutta e l"amaro della casa fatto da loro: eccezionale! L'ho anche comprato.Personale gentilissimo ed educatissimo.Gianluigi il proprietario è una persona alla mano e molto disponibile.Tant'e' che ci siamo tornati per mangiare il famoso baccalà,altro piatti tipico locale della cucina calabrese.La location ha anche un ampio spazio all'aperto .Il prossimo anno,alla prossima vacanza, sarà sicuramente la prima tappa che farò.

25/08/2024: Siamo capitati per caso.....volevamo un caffe' siamo rimasti davvero stupiti della cortesia del titolare ..ci ha fatto gustare il suo caffe' alla nocciola davvero unico ed inimitabile sia freddo che caldo. Mi ha pure offerto un assaggio della granita al cedro molto molto buona e gustosa nulla a che vedere con le solite granite ricche di ghiaccio. Grazie

11/08/2024: Parto dal presupposto che li regna la maleducazione. Arriviamo e la prima cosa che ci dicono è stata “non potete portare in spiaggia nulla di cibo e bevande”. E se avessimo avuto bimbi piccoli che necessitavano di acqua in continuazione? E se qualcuno è diabetico ed ha necessità delle sue cose o celiaco?? Ma a queste cose ci pensate? Camerieri allo sbaraglio e non parlavano l’italiano. Prezzi alle stelle con un mare da schifo. Non ci siamo fatti nemmeno il bagno x la sporcizia. Sdraio rotte che la parte superiore scendeva sul capo. Le persone PAGANO.
