27/08/2024: Very bad experience. Clumsy and inexperienced staff, the waitress took 10 minutes to open a bottle of wine. We skipped the raw fish, luckily, otherwise we would certainly have come out with poisoning. Nothing special, for the first courses, but truly scary frying... with smelly, bleach-flavoured prawns. After demonstrating the problem, the waitress comes out saying that in the kitchen they assured him that the fish was fresh and that they would show us the invoice proving the purchase that day...... shocking rudeness. Given that, smelling the dish, the waitress herself makes a face of disgust and asks us to excuse her, because he didn't know what to do or what to say. One of the owners who found out about the incident didn't even bother to apologize or ask us if we had preferred something else. In the end, when we got up to go and pay, they even followed us from afar, for fear of leaving without paying the bill.........overall, a structure to avoid, there is much, much better , between courtesy, quality and price. Shocked to say the least.

15/08/2024: We stayed in mid-August with a fixed meat or fish menu option, 55/60 euros per person. As regards the structure and the swimming pool, nothing to say about it, except that for lunch we were ALL disappointed in the room both for the service and for the disorganization in the courses... we even witnessed scenes in which dishes of fish to those who had ordered meat (they were left on the table even if they were told no), so as to leave it without the dish at a table near us. I won't go on to say anything other than that lastly we spent almost the whole afternoon waiting for a second course (fried calamari and potatoes) which never arrived even though PRESENT IN THE FIXED MENU, a menu which seemed almost unknown to the waiter who insisted on bringing us the fruit directly without respecting the established menu order and above all PAID in advance.

15/08/2024: Our stay at Villa Ersilia was nothing short of spectacular. Modern, spacious and clean rooms. A real gem is the Doride di Locri suite, with particularly elegant furnishings, a canopy bed and a bathroom with fantastic marble. Due to its preciousness it is reserved for newlyweds who are ready to fulfill their dream of LOVE and we had the privilege of staying there before and after our wedding. With its combination of high-level services, from breakfast to impeccable cleanliness and daily linen change, to the exceptional restaurant, swimming pool and shuttle that takes guests to the beach, Villa Ersilia and all the staff made our stay truly relaxing and pleasant. Unforgettable. All the staff are attentive and courteous; we will never forget Ersilia and Vicky who were exceptional and wonderful, they welcomed and pampered us as if we had known each other all our lives. Vicky was available throughout the booking phase of the various rooms for our relatives, always ready to advise us and always available to accommodate all the changes that we communicated during the months before. Vicky and Ersilia met our every need as well as those of our family members (around 30 guests) making sure everyone's stay was as comfortable as possible. Thanks to its convenient location and excellent service, Villa Ersilia has become our future choice whenever we are in the area. It was our Love Nest. 23/07/2024: One of the best locations in Soverato... It stands out for the super kindness of the staff, the speed of the service, the quality of the food and always news on the types of pizzas and an extremely honest quality-price ratio. I would have liked not to write this review so as not to find myself not finding a place in the next bookings 🤣🤣🤣😅😅😅 but I couldn't give an honest evaluation to a truly worthy team... keep it up guys and please always find me a place when I call for booking 😅😜

23/07/2024: Very pleasant place with tables also outside Great service.High quality pizza, great red beer on tap. Excellent quality/price ratio. I highly recommend.

11/01/2024: I would have given - and it deserves 5 stars -, but I gave it 3, due to the confusion. The wine shop has all the qualities of a national wine shop, but the presentation is that of an ancient and messy shop. The choice, apparently unique, has superb packages of Scotch, a vast selection of fine red wines, less apparent whites, medium-high level liqueurs, a pleasant choice of cured meats and cheeses, with various preserved Calabrian delicacies, and finally also Pitte 'nchjiuse! In essence, the wine shop deserves a lot of attention not only for what they offer, but also for their hospitality. Ron

20/07/2024: I give the restaurant a rating of 0. Hospitality, service, dish but above all bill!!! 4 first courses without drinks 1 bottle of water €90!!! portions for children! I ask for the card and the boss tells me it's not a real scam, we don't know the prices, the theft is shameful!!!!!! avoid!!!!! Do not go there! “I ask to pay by card and the boss tells me that it is only possible to pay in cash, without issuing a payment receipt. It's a real scam, there wasn't a menu to see the costs of each dish, it was a surprise to find out the bill at the end. A theft, it's shameful. Avoid going there”

29/06/2024: Il proprietario/cuoco, piú volte e con fare aggressivo, ci ha in primis chiesto se “avessimo problemi” e successivamente intimato di lasciare il locale. Ciò senza peraltro darci possibilità di replica tale era la sua foga. Questo atteggiamento, inqualificabile, in quanto saremmo stati colpevoli di aver posto due domande al figlio 17enne (peraltro molto gentile) in qualità di cameriere. La prima in merito al se un piatto fosse fresco o preparato precedentemente mentre la seconda sul se fosse disponibile una etichetta di vino più ricercata rispetto a quella proposta (disponibile anche nei supermercati senza in alcun modo volerla per questo sminuire). Lo stesso cameriere si è scusato per l’atteggiamento assunto dal padre. Ad avvalorare la nostra esperienza, su Google è presente un precedente in cui lo stesso proprietario, nel 2022, si è reso protagonista di un altro episodio ancor più grave nei confronti di una sua dipendente. Qualunque giudizio circa il cibo è superfluo venendo a mancare non solo le regole basi della accoglienza ma addirittura quella della buona educazione.
