12/06/2025: This place is fantastic. For lunch we chose a large salad being able to create it from all the ingredients available. It was composed without skimping on the quantity and we ate a very good salad with fresh ingredients and an absolutely adequate price. Kindness from the owners and a nice clean environment! Highly recommended!

08/06/2025: Self service suitable for a working audience for lunch. I go with pleasure to taste salads that have an excellent value for money and large quantities. Recommended. The rest normal without too many emotions. Dear staff but, being a self, the service remains a little limited.

23/05/2025: Terrible food. The octopus salad was horrible, so we rejected it and they did not charge it in the end. The fried calamari and shrimps were oily. The fried potatoes were ok. Stay away!

12/05/2025: Zwaardvisbruchetta beneden alle peil. 5 stukjes dunne toast met een smakeloos prutje pasta en in totaal 3 stukjes zwaardvis (op 5 toast). Zeer slechte bruchetta en belachelijk duur voor 10 euro! Uitzicht wel prachtig en relaxte muziek.

25/08/2024: La location è carina ma i tempi di attesa sono inaccettabili. Abbiamo ordinato tre pizze alle 21 che ci arrivate solo alle 22.30. Evidentemente c’è qualche problema di organizzazione in cucina.

20/06/2025: I recommend that if you want to come to this structure if it's windy, bring your own umbrella from home as the nursery ones must be closed and you risk burning yourself alive. To cool off you can use the cold showers, which cost 50 cents for 45 seconds, and don't even think about eating your sandwich sitting at the table because even if you've had a 33cl beer for 4 euros they'll kick you out of the table. Regarding the place, it's one of the best in the area. I recommend it to everyone. Just the place.

01/06/2025: Restaurant to say the least pathetic. I hate to write this review because the place is nice and I know it is damaging to the place but I can't help but tell this experience. 0 star service: 30 minutes to bring us a menu and an hour to bring 2 salads and a sandwich to the table. By the way, once it arrived, a salad was also wrong and so we complained to a waiter who also answered us rudely proving to be a great rude. If you really want, or rather, you have to come here, take a sunbed and bring something from home.

22/01/2025: I can't give 0 stars. Negative experience. We purchased a chicken with two portions of baked potatoes yesterday January 21st. The chicken remained cold inside. The baked potatoes were a far cry from real baked potatoes. I deduce that everything was certainly heated up at the time. It is neither correct nor professional to cook chickens in the morning and reheat them in the evening just to sell them. Dry and inedible. I'll give you some chef advice: sell chickens only to order, you'll make a better impression. In short, absolutely avoid. ----

04/10/2024: Sesto anno consecutivo di soggiorno. Ogni volta, l'ultimo giorno di permanenza é sinonimo di malinconia, perché si fa fatica a pensare di dover rinunciare a tutte le coccole che la gestione familiare ti riserva durante il soggiorno. Andando con ordine, la posizione del Gabbiano non ha eguali: la finestra della stanza affaccia sul mare distante a occhio e croce 30 metri. Le volte (poche, fortunatamente!) che ci siamo trovati a svegliarci presto, abbiamo visto nascere il sole dal mare: come dire, lo spettacolo é assicurato. Le stanze sono sicuramente spartane ma essenziali: i letti sono comodi ed il buon riposo é assicurato. La colazione é all'italiana: cappuccino e brioche, yogurt, marmellate, frutta e succhi. La sera, lo staff della cucina vi accoglie con il sorriso, la competenza e una professionalità senza eguali. Davide, il maître, sarà probabilmente la figura che più rimpiangerete quando lascerete il Gabbiano! Si fa in quattro per accontentarvi con il supporto e la pazienza della chef Alessandra che ai fornelli da il meglio di sé, senza dimenticare il lavoro di Diamante: omen nomen. Il fatto che ormai ci sia una clientela fissa ogni estate la dice lunga sulla qualità del servizio che il Gabbiano offre: chi ci viene una prima volta fa fatica a non ritornarci.
