04/10/2024: We stayed for about fifteen days, between 2023 and 2024; we visited several restaurants and almost all of them were on average good. If you want some advice, avoid this restaurant, if you can call it that; zero organisation, a thousand rudeness. To take the order, I got up after about a quarter of an hour, because no one was coming; interminable wait for the dishes, I had almost finished eating and my partner had not yet received the dish! The kitchen workers were always outside smoking! When the lady at the checkout asked me the rhetorical question "is everything okay?", I replied "well", and she, in a very arrogant way, made me understand that she didn't care, without asking for explanations of my "well". I understand that Tortoreto, in the summer, lives only on tourism, but this welcoming place has nothing at all!!

08/09/2024: We had lunch without a reservation on August 15th, so this is already a point in their favor. Excellent service, very friendly staff. Excellent food, we ate a seafood appetizer and seafood gnocchi, all really good and tasty.

05/01/2025: Siamo stati in questa pasticceria nel tardo pomeriggio a prendere due cioccolate calde, una volta assaggiate, avevano un forte sapore di "chimico", l'abbiamo fatto presente in maniera cortese al personale, che ci ha risposto che il sapore era forte ma che era proprio del prodotto, abbiamo pagato 15 euro e siamo andati via, lasciando le tazze colme. Vorrei precisare che siamo persone che sono abituate a lavorare con il pubblico, non ci piace fare problemi e non siamo schizzinosi sul cibo. Entrambe le cioccolate, di gusto diverso, erano imbevibili ed avevano un forte sapore di chimico

24/11/2024: Oggi sono stata con degli amici nel locale e abbiamo chiesto un aperitivo. 1. La cameriera non sapeva cosa ci fosse come aperitivo né tantomeno se servissero aperitivi 2. tagliere misero con una metà fatta di pane e olio 3. Nel tagliere dell' aperitivo il pane aveva muffa verde 4. Quando alla cassa glielo abbiamo fatto notare portando la "prova del reato" hanno fatto finta di non sentire, hanno preso il Pane e lo hanno gettato, senza neppure scusarsi. Sconsigliatissimo! Non torneremo mai più!!!
