20/08/2024: The only place to eat real certified and expertly cooked "fish" from the Mediterranean Sea in Silvi and surrounding areas. We took takeaway dinners at the Alusea twice and it confirmed its excellence in terms of quality of raw materials and cuisine. Starting from the cold appetizers of which the tuna belly with caramelized onions, the Catalan salad, salad of cuttlefish, red mullet with beetroot and octopus salad with their vegetable giardiniera, scampi with passion fruit. Plateu of excellent and high quality raw meats. Hot appetizers with roasted cuttlefish and courgette and sea bass rolls. I didn't find a flaw in any dish but each dish and accompaniment was a riot of delicate flavours. We took a baked red snapper with their vegetables which turned out to be one of the best fish we have ever eaten. Fried squid and prawns of a devas lightness Definitely the only noteworthy and quality place in Silvi. The price is not high but it is absolutely in line with the quality and the offer offered. Anyone who complains can be satisfied with the frozen fried food served in the beaches! Congratulations to the owner and his daughter Anna! Reference point from now on in Silvi

25/08/2024: The place is very nice, shame about the food, I didn't like it. In the appetizer in the seafood salad there was surimi and for a place facing the sea... even the marinated, it all had the same flavor, I don't think it's made by them. The sea bream is brought whole to the plate and not boned. It didn't convince me, too bad

24/08/2024: The food is good, the fried fish was really dry and plentiful. The flaw of this place is the service, which is very slow and very messy. We waited 40 minutes just to order, there is not great customer care and all the waiters are a little confused and distracted. We were disappointed because all in all the food was good.

14/08/2024: For those who want to eat a fantastic fish sandwich and want to enjoy a beautiful view from the terrace of Silvi Alta....but above all for those who have a lot of patience in waiting for a sandwich even for more than an hour...Delicious sandwich, really filling, I tried the one with grilled salmon, buffalo tomatoes, mayonnaise, nothing to say, just exceptional! Fresh products of excellent quality, prices all in all normal for a tourist area in August, a negative note in my opinion is the poor organization in managing orders, 15 minutes more or less to get the receipt 50 minutes to collect two sandwiches.... having said this I still recommend it to all those who want to spend an evening in Silvi Alta... if you go before 7.30pm much better both for the queue and for the parking lot

09/08/2024: On our way to mother earth Puglia we stopped in this simple and characteristic place. To arrive there is a beautiful view between the sea and the hills and then an excellent lunch with fresh seasonal vegetables cooked like at home. Fabulous roasts, hot, served with kindness and professionalism. Thank you all for this little paradise. Don't change!!!!

18/08/2024: We went here on the recommendation of friends and I must say that as far as pizza is concerned it's a great place... the service was good while as far as the environment is concerned it's not the best especially because it's a bit hidden, but at least for I would go back to the pizza.

23/06/2024: Typical place serving Abruzzo cuisine in Silvi. Very characteristic both in the furnishings and in the clothing of the staff, all in typical Abruzzo costume. The kebabs and slices are delicious. Good value for money. We will be back

24/08/2024: I booked for lunch😉. I would honestly say excellent welcome, good food, simple place without many frills. We had two fish menus and a carbonara (no porchetta in the carbonara). But all in all, apart from the heat, we had a good time. Local passing through I RECOMMEND. 24/08/2024: Let's say that the external sign has never inspired me. But then after many years of holidays in Silvi I decided to stop for a quick lunch. A super, abundant and tasty aperitif as per Abruzzo tradition. Kind and impeccable service.
