13/09/2024: We were in this place in August, we had seen it quickly during the evening walk and it gave us a good impression, we were perhaps one of the first groups (3 couples), but despite this, I have never seen 4 out of 6 cocktails served worse than the ones served. Mojito without cane sugar, very bitter and without the sweet part, pinacolada sent back because it was completely watered down and tasteless (it tasted like coconut milk), Kaipirissima where there was a lot of rum and stop, Maitai just passable and another simple school-based non-alcoholic cocktail. Maybe it was a bad evening but apart from the very nice venue and the good service, the €48 was the worst spent of the whole holiday. I hope it was an oversight but too many trivial errors. I noticed that others have also commented negatively on the establishment, and for the bar the owner tries to respond on the web (even to myself) trying to make people look like they are incompetent, but at 56 years old, my dear, I don't need any vent on the web, I say what I think, money is earned and therefore when you spend it badly and you have no services it is right to complain and judge. Contrary to what the owner replied, we took two of the cocktails back to the bar to have them tasted and they were barely smelt (even smelled as if taste lies in smell), but they didn't make them again from scratch as I think you should do when you make a mistake, they just rolled them up and had them brought back with an even worse result. Not to exaggerate, the other two people drank them even though they were far from good and they didn't let me take them back otherwise I would have done so. I can say that in three years we have been to the Lighthouse at least 7/8 times without ever having anything to say, only that they are better.

I'll be brief, we arrive and order, the meat arrives after about 30' Sliced ​​sakura and plenty (two 200g burgers of scottona and black pig) Unfortunately for us the burgers were one very dry, probably due to cooking and the other very spicy, in this case it depends on personal taste whether you like it or not. The cut was good but inedible, impossible to cut with a normal knife, they kindly brought me a sharp knife on the spot but even with that some pieces couldn't be cut! The meat was impossible to swallow due to its rubbery consistency. After being informed of the situation we decide to leave with practically half cut and hamburger on the plate. The only positive note was the very kind and helpful waiter.

20/09/2024: dinner on Saturday 14th, I take a pizza with a variant of smoked salmon, it arrives without it and when I pointed it out they took it back to the kitchen and threw some cubes of fresh salmon on top.......My wife a sliced ​​rocket and parmesan, PARMESAN FULL OF MOLD. AFTER PAID THE BILL, I SHOW THE OWNER THE MOLD.... ANSWER? AND WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT? I believe and hope it is the tiredness of a Saturday at the end of the season that makes people respond in such an amateurish and careless manner. HE DIDN'T MAKE A WRINKLE OR MENTIONED ABOUT OFFERING A BITTER OR A GOOD. DEAR OWNER OF WOLF, THOSE WHO SHUT UP AND CALL THE NAS DO RIGHT, IT'S WHAT THE PEOPLE WHO RESPOND LIKE YOU DESERVE.

12/09/2024: I went to Wolf with my family in mid-August, after years of not returning. The place has changed management (years ago I always came and the waiters have all changed). The pizza is absolutely not an Italian pizza and the mozzarella, which they emphasize so much in the menu among the ingredients, is not mozzarella but cheese and you can definitely feel the difference. The waitress who served us was very rude and, although we had indicated that we wanted 4 pizzas, she counted the two with sausages and potatoes as two plates of grilled sausages with a side of potatoes. When we pointed this out, she insisted several times that the order had now been placed and could not be changed, even though she was the one who misunderstood. In the end we managed to get the order changed but the only decent thing about this pizza was the sausage. The potatoes were difficult to digest, overfried and tasteless. I would like to point out the arrogance, rudeness and lack of professionalism of the waiters, especially the girl who served us. The only polite one was the cashier. We have wanted to return for a long time but we would have been better off spending our money elsewhere, absolutely not to come.
