24/08/2024: Locale a gestione familiare, molto accogliente e soprattutto garanzia di un servizio rapido e professionale. Sono rimasto piacevolmente sorpreso dal rapporto qualità prezzo. Era la mia prima volta in Abruzzo e questo è stato l’unico dei tanti ristoranti in cui sono stato dove ho trovato una qualità così alta del cibo. Infine, i prezzi sono molto accessibili e consiglio di prenotare con anticipo per trovare posto.

24/08/2024: We stopped one evening in Montesilvano and chose this restaurant. Excellent dishes with very good prices. The cheese and egg pallote and the kebabs are excellent. The first courses are also good. I don't give 5 stars because of the somewhat grumpy lady who served us, but it was a positive experience

05/08/2024: We went to this restaurant on Saturday evening, we tasted magnificent kebabs, top appetizers, especially the sheep platter, a must try if you go to this restaurant. Welcoming, friendly and helpful waitresses. There is the possible choice of sitting inside with air conditioning but also outside. I absolutely recommend you go there!!

01/09/2024: Be very wary of anyone who gives unsatisfactory reviews of the Bolsena. Or, at best, the writer, perhaps in good faith, is ignorant of the situation, who goes to the restaurant every 15 years and believes that the waiters still call each other with the whistle, and asks, for example, for Sunday lunch , with the place full like an egg, four different first courses, paradoxically telling the waiter "we're in a hurry" 🤦, or, at worst, in bad faith, he's a competitor who just has to learn, and a lot, from Gianluca how to be a restaurateur. To speak badly of Trattoria Bolsena, for what it gives you, not only in the dishes, but also in terms of courtesy and welcome, compared to what it asks of you, means rambling; and not knowing, even in the slightest, what we are talking about.

23/08/2024: Wonderful evening in the company of friends. We tasted some excellent pizza and kebabs. Despite the presence of so many people, the kind and courteous staff manage to satisfy everyone quickly. I highly recommend trying it, always after reservations.

03/08/2024: We returned after a couple of years. The opinion can only remain positive. Let's go in order: The food is exquisite, top-notch raw materials, nothing to complain about. The service is attentive and present. Given that it is Saturday evening and the place is almost completely full, perhaps it wasn't very fast but that's okay. The environment is refined and welcoming; The bathrooms are spotless and equipped for all eventualities. The opinion can only remain extremely positive and I invite anyone who can to go there...

01/09/2024: Show. Simply spectacle. Pizza is a spectacle, period. Soft dough, crust that tempts you to be devoured. Very stuffed pizza and excellent ingredients. It's the best pizza I've ever eaten. High quality/price. Friendly service. Nice and very pleasant furnishings. Ps without logic the prices of beers: 4 euros for a 0.2 shot and 7 euros for a 0.4

01/09/2024: After spending some time outside we were able to finally taste their excellent pizzas, both normal and with crust! Delicious light dough and well seasoned! The trained, professional staff from a starred restaurant and kind! Excellent quality and price ratio! We will definitely be back!

11/08/2024: Local and fresh fish, gourmet restaurant, exceptional raw fish, varied menu for all tastes, a little expensive but the quality of the fish truly exceptional, congratulations

09/08/2024: Excellent raw material (both raw and cooked), not very creative but tasty preparations, tragicomic service. Some goodies: 1) we try to ask for a table outside but we are told that the numerous free tables are booked. Unfortunately our table faces outside and the tables remain free for the entire duration of the dinner. 2) we choose the wine (a bubble), it is brought to the table already open with the bottle leaking on the floor without the possibility of tasting it 3) we decide to order the second courses after the starters except for one person who had already decided. Result: her second arrives twenty minutes before everyone else and she has to eat alone 4) we order various desserts including a tiramisu and a chocolate cheesecake. The waiter with an iron memory doesn't take note and in fact we get a berry cheesecake (which since we are gentlemen we have put in the middle). Tiramisu not received, they told us a quarter of an hour after they were finished. 5) Last but not least, among the berries of the cheesecake we see a nice fruit worm moving. The waitress takes him away in disbelief but no one comes to apologize for what happened. 6) Time of payment, total bill €913 in 7, rounded to €910. Embarrassing? What can I say? Sad to see a historic name in Pescara catering reduced to this state.

14/08/2024: We passed by chance and it was already late to eat pizza but the very kind owner told us we could sit down. The pizza cooked in a wood oven was really excellent.

24/07/2024: We were there in April. The food was great!!! We were in seventh heaven. The owner - Paolo is wonderful - he stole our hearts!!! An absolutely necessary place to visit and taste all the delicious flavours. PS. Don't forget to taste the Abruzzo champagne! :)))

21/07/2024: ... The place was born on the ashes of an old nightclub that closed... Paolo's management brought it to remarkable levels.... .... The quality of the food served, both at breakfast and lunch, is of the highest level.... Every single day Paolo personally does the shopping and this in itself is a guarantee of quality.... The catch is always the same of the day and above all it is always that of the Adriatic Sea.... The service is excellent, Paolo makes use of experienced collaborators, the service is also fast even when the room is full.... The environment is clean, well-kept, it appears halfway between a small provincial bar (but it isn't) and a very refined lounge bar in the city centre.... .... Paolo's friendliness, affectionateness and generosity then do everything else.... .... It's a place I recommend....
