27/01/2025: Se volete mangiare come a casa fate una tappa in questo ristorante tutta la pasta è fatta a mano. Gli antipasti sono eccellenti come i secondi, vino della casa ottimo. Sinceramente non ho trovato un difetto neanche nei dolci, complimenti!

06/01/2025: I don't usually leave reviews but this time it's a must. Yesterday, after an excursion to the Stiffe caves, we called this restaurant which was closing but they did us the courtesy of waiting five minutes longer for us to eat. We had the truffle bruschetta, tagliatelle with mushrooms and river prawns, coffee and homemade dry sweets. What can I say... everything was excellent but a note of merit goes to the service of the owner who explained the history of all the dishes to us and literally waited on us and revered us throughout the lunch. We will definitely come back when we have the chance, thanks for everything ♥️

My girlfriend is vegetarian and the chef made us a homemade pasta pesto - one of the best we had in italy!

10/11/2024: Restaurant discovered by chance after visiting the Stiffe caves in pleasant company. Despite the hour we were greeted kindly by the courteous lady. Meanwhile, the bread and oil offered was the business card and then the exaltation of Abruzzo cuisine while remaining faithful to tradition. In the end, a constructive and interesting chat with the owner crowned it all. We will be back to try the pizza. In the heart of the historic center of San Demetrio Nè Vestini. Thank you.

24/08/2024: Volevamo andare al ristorante ma torta di riso finita e quindi siamo arrivati all'enoteca Casale Liberati nel posticino due panini del giorno prima terribili con una fetta di prosciutto e tre fette di zucchine grigliate senza condimento due birre due caffè 25 euro con la stessa cifra avrei pagato un pranzo
