19/05/2026: Dirty and unsanitary place. Even the food quality was not good to make up for all the bugs and cockroaches around us. We were super pissed and when we told them they dismissed us which added more frustration if I could give zero stars I would have.

19/05/2026: Food was ok, but hygiene is below zero. We were sat at a table adjacent to the wall, and had lots of cockroaches on the wall hanging around! We asked for other tables (they had many available) and they said they are all booked, and during all our uncomfortable dining time, no one else showed up! Terrible experience

06/01/2026: It was a real surprise for us. We dined at this restaurant on New Year's Eve. The ambiance is very distinctive, with extensive use of wood and various Indian paintings. The dishes were exquisite!!! The music was quite loud in the next room, but it didn't bother us, especially given the festive atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable for the quality of the food. Highly recommended! We'll be back!!!

25/04/2026: The kebab was good, but honestly, I didn't like the lack of gloves, not to mention the fact that he uses the cash register, handles money, and then prepares the food with the same hands, without washing them or wearing gloves. This isn't good...

19/04/2026: It's a place I've known for thirty years, it's always been one of my comfort zones. Unfortunately, I can't say the same thing today. The food has gone downhill. The service has become terrible. I hope they take note of this. Because the place deserves much better.

20/08/2025: The atmosphere is very simple, but the food is carefully prepared, fresh, and delicious. The service is attentive, even helping with the selection of dishes. A beautiful embodiment of the melting pot of eastern Rome. I recommend it and will return.

08/03/2026: Determined to try this type of cuisine, we chose to have lunch at this restaurant, which appears very simple but is well-maintained and clean. The staff was very kind and attentive to our various needs. They were considerate of my lactose intolerance. The dishes we tried amazed us with their deliciousness and unexpected digestibility. The portions were adequate for the meal. I recommended the chicken masala: tender and flavorful meat. The accompanying sauces were a positive note. Unfortunately, I wasn't able to try the desserts, but my companion enjoyed the baba with sugar syrup.

25/04/2026: The best! I discovered it years ago by chance, and it's become my go-to place for good Indian food. They recently expanded (the new restaurant is right across the street from the old one), and I have to say the place is very spacious, with three dining rooms in different styles. Everything is meticulously designed, and the food is always top-notch. A guarantee!

19/04/2026: I didn't have a positive experience for the following reasons: 1. We went in and were told the POS wasn't working. No problem, we sat down. 2. Long wait to take our order. 3. Really tiny portions, so we all left hungry. 4. When it came time to get the bill, it was €89 without even a receipt. Very disappointing, I don't recommend it and I won't be back.

19/04/2026: I'm from California where we have excellent Indian food. Unfortunately, this was the worst Indian food I've ever had. It was so bland. I had the dahl which I usually love and I would give it a 5 /10. I also had the chicken curry #1 on the menu and rated qs spicy. I was shocked. It was so bad I couldn't eat it. I would give it a 1 / 10. The "sauce" was very watery and bad. It also had only about 4 - 5 little pieces of chicken. I make much better Indian food myself. If you are used to good Indian food, do not go here.

03/05/2026: If most people give 5 stars to places that are actually terrible, I don't see why I shouldn't give them to this one which, given its category, fully deserves them. I'd say at least four, being pedantic and assuming that five stars are perfection, and because I don't think it's fair that undeserving places are highly frequented and highly recommended, while Garhwal is worth ten times those other places.

28/04/2026: Wonderful oasis after a walk or cycle through the park. the location is special for the history / monument there and there is live music on specified evenings ....worth every effort and the food always fresh.

14/04/2026: The only place in the area with this kind of decor, offering Indian specialties. The interior is cold enough to wear a jacket; it's usually empty. Found on TheFork, a positive experience. The staff and owner are friendly and helpful. I recommend the sweet lassi and the delicious garlic/cheese naan as a side. Look carefully under the bread, as you might find hard pieces from the oven stuck to it. The spicy dishes are good, and they adjust the heat to your liking. Be careful when ordering; sometimes you miss something that appears on the final bill. The overall cleanliness is good, and the quiet atmosphere is perfect for a romantic dinner, family dinner, or a group meal. Free parking on nearby streets or in the courtyard for two.
