We had a wonderful stay at Oliveto Ristorante Pizzeria Bed and Breakfast and can't recommend it highly enough. The rooms were comfortable and spotlessly clean, and the whole place had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere from the moment we arrived.
The food was outstanding — the pizzeria and ristorante more than lived up to the name, with fresh, flavorful dishes that made us look forward to every meal. Breakfast was a real highlight, generous and delicious, the perfect start to each day.
The staff were friendly, attentive, and made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. It's clear a lot of care goes into running this place.
Five stars all around — for the rooms, the food, and the hospitality. We're already looking forward to coming back next year!

07/06/2026: Family lunch—my wife, my son, and I. Service was a bit slow (too many people, too few waiters), but the staff was friendly and helpful from the start. We didn't order an appetizer, but I think it's worth a try. For the first course, we ordered paccheri with sausage and cherry tomatoes, which wasn't great for me. My son had orecchiette with tomato sauce, which was good. Unfortunately, the meat wasn't top-quality, too tough, and it smelled a bit stale. The mozzarella didn't make it. The place is cute and very quaint, but I'd make it more attractive with antique ornaments or utensils. It gave me the impression of an old inn. The outside was very shabby. Lots of potential, but underutilized.
02/06/2026: Homemade, plentiful food, the owner is friendly and helpful, as are his staff. I go there often and have celebrated my two children's first communions there.

25/06/2026: First time in this place, plenty of seating both inside and out. I was greeted and seated in no time, regular menu is limited but plenty of pizzas. Ordered a pizza with mushrooms, sausage and potatoes.. really good. Tiramisù was clearly made by someone else. Overall a very good experience and I will be back for sure
It's my to go spot for lunch 12 euros set price offering cannot be beat for price and quality

There are places that welcome you like a second home, and this is one of them.
Since discovering this little gem on Via Consalvo Carelli, my idea of a quick dinner and impromptu snack has changed radically. This place offers Greek pita, made with a simplicity and quality I've found nowhere else in the area.
My choice is invariably the same: pita stuffed with meat, potatoes, and onion. It may seem trivial, but the difference between a well-prepared pita and a mediocre one is abysmal. Here, the ingredients are fresh, the proportions perfect, and that onion, instead of overpowering, balances every bite with mastery. I've never felt the need to change my order, and that speaks volumes about the quality of the dish.
The owner has become familiar. It's almost as if he's considering hanging a personalized nameplate on my chair, which I occupy with a certain loyalty. I don't know if I should be proud or worried, but I definitely lean toward the former.
The real test of my affection came when the restaurant closed for renovations. During that time, I realized how much I missed it. I scoured Vomero, opened Google Maps like a madman, and tried several alternatives—some decent, it must be said—but none of them could compete. It's one of those experiences you only understand when you lose something precious.
When it finally reopened, everything was back where it belonged—including me, in my favorite chair.
If you're in Vomero and looking for a tasty, quick, and authentic meal, you know where to go. And if you don't know it yet, consider yourself lucky to have discovered it now.

20/06/2026: We celebrated my sister's bachelorette party at the taverna, and I have to say I was truly satisfied. For just €20 per person, we had a fun-filled evening, with satisfying food (the Genovese was good and plentiful), and unlimited non-alcoholic drinks.
All this was accompanied by excellent service, helpful and friendly waiters (Luca made us laugh so much, he was so funny), and the piano bar really knows how to entertain people.
Highly recommended!

17/05/2026: We stopped here after an aperitivo, drawn by the crowd, hoping to grab a quick bite. We ordered two hot dogs, and had to wait 30 minutes to determine which one we wanted. We could probably have picked up a takeout pizza in the same amount of time. Without questioning the quality of the product (which, as we all know, is never great when it comes to hot dogs), I think the wait was truly excessive.
