They are truly special: welcoming, kind, and always ready to make you feel at home. It's rare to find a place where, beyond their professionalism, you can sense such genuine passion for what they do and for their relationships with their customers. Every time I return, it's like a little journey: from the melt-in-your-mouth sushi to the fragrant and intense curries, to the always surprising desserts. After so many years, the quality has remained consistent, and this is the secret that makes this place unique. 07/09/2025: The reviews seem overhyped to me. The food was decent but the menu was very misleading. The food we got looked nothing like the pictures and I'd go so far as to say the names are inaccurate. We ordered "spicy chicken" but got sweet and sour chicken. We also ordered "boiled spicy fish" but got fish in a mushroom broth. Not to mention there was very little actual fish in the dish. If you're travelling and need a quick hit of rice or Chinese food, this place will definitely do the trick. However, keep your expectations tempered.

17/09/2025: We’ve been coming to Bibione every year for the past decade, but only discovered Fusion Restaurant Lin two years ago—and now it’s a must-visit, at least three times per season. The food is plentiful, flavorful, and surprisingly affordable. This year, we paired our meal with Lambrusco and edamame—boiled and pan-fried with salt—which added a perfect touch. Our kids are absolutely obsessed with the sushi. There’s a wide variety, all delicious, but the standout is the one with warm, crispy fried shrimp inside—simply divine. We also tried the all-you-can-eat option for €25–26 per person (excluding drinks), and it was an exceptional deal. To top it off, we received small gifts from a lovely lady who we believe is the manager. The staff is incredibly attentive, a charming mix of Asian and European team members. For us, it’s a solid 10+. Fusion Restaurant Lin has truly become part of our Bibione tradition.

The food isn't bad considering the hot dishes, but unaghidon and coffee are avoidable. Prices are reasonable. Very helpful and friendly staff.
