In particular, I noticed that the sushi with Philadelphia were overabundant with rice and poorly seasoned, resulting in little flavor. However, I must acknowledge that there was a wide variety of choices on the menu, which could be a plus point for those who like to explore different sushi options. I am of the opinion that the 4.6 stars assigned to this place are definitely overestimated. While acknowledging the quality of the food and the variety of choices available, the excessive size of the portions and the lack of refinement in some dishes, such as the Philadelphia, would deserve a more moderate rating. It is possible that the overestimation of assessments is due to the local context. Whereas the quality of sushi in Belluno might be generally low, this place seems to excel in comparison, thus receiving higher ratings than it would deserve in a city with a more developed sushi scene, such as Trento, where quality sushi might only get 4.2 stars.

The best sushi ever! On Valentine's Day, cute, they set red rose, chocolates and petals on the table. The venue was decorated with balloons and hearts. Well done!
